Life Changing
I have been following Fritz's Instagram for a while now and decided to take on all the advice he posted. I stuck the the calorie and macro nutritiant targets he set me whilst trying the delicious high protein recipies he posts.
Doing this in combination with weight training and some cardio I have been able to lose a total of 18kg in 6 months and I plan to keep going !
I can not recommend him enough, he seriously knows what he's talking about and you will get the results you want.
Trust me, I have PCOS, and multiple sclerosis and between the hormonal imbalance and the fatigue and muscle spasms I thought I was a lost cause. I didn't think I could actually lose any weight and just kept making self pity based excuses.
But changing my lifestyle like that has helped me control MS relapses and decrease the symptoms associated with PCOS.
If it's possible for me it's definitely possible for you! Give his program a try! ☺️
No Regrets
Fritz and Coach Nathan made my experience easy with the Game Changers Academy! The program, resources, and community sets you up for success. If you are ready for a healthy lifestyle change, don't delay in signing up with the Gamechangers vegan team. They know what they are doing and have recommendations for almost every aspect of wellness. I really thrived in the holistic approach and have learned tactics I will continue to implement on my own. I always thought I was "big boned" and genetics had me destined for a certain body type. I now have visible abs, quads, and biceps! With the program I have gained so much confidence in the gym, and outside the gym as well. I am strong, my stability and balance has improved, and I'm feeling younger. I cannot recommend this program enough.
Definitely a Game Changers for me
Working with Game Changers (shoutout coach Nathan!) has been one of the best decisions I have made. I am currently half way through the program and very happy with the results so far. Everything is well structured and they provide a detailed meal and training plan in an app that works very well. There is also an online community with a plethora of videos on various health topics as well as weekly live calls with new topics. I was very skeptical of online coaching however I now find this to be a very efficient way of going about this because I can workout on my own schedule and still have a trainer I can message as often as necessary and get a response same day instead of only having limited time to spend with a trainer you get more attention in a way that does not feel rushed.
The program is quite pricy and you could find much of the information on the internet for free that they are providing although it would take a lot of time to research on your own. I believe it was worth it for my case as I was a beginner in the gym and didn't know where to start. I had already been eating a plant based diet but had never tracked all my meals so having that built into the same training app is great plus your coach can also see your daily nutrition and help with that if necessary. One of the differentiators of this program is that everyone is very knowledgeable of the nutrition aspect of the vegan diet and that would be difficult to find in other training programs in person as well so you have real support instead of people questioning you about where you’re getting your protein, telling you you’re eating the wrong diet, etc. when it comes to the nutrition aspect of training.
At the end of the day the program is what you make of it. I believe they set you up for success from the beginning and are supportive when you need assistance. If you take the time to follow the plan consistently and ask questions when you are unsure about something this will go a long way to help build healthier and sustainable habits. I believe it is worth the price if you can afford it and are serious about committing fully to making these changes.

When Fritz reached out to me on Instagram (I'd not been following him for long) I was surprised. I knew where he was going and I was hesitant but interested. I have to admit I was always someone very sceptical of online fitness coaching. I always thought I knew enough on my own but some part of me knew I needed to learn more or confirm through the program if I was taking the right approach.
I have to say I learned a lot within my first week and already saw many areas where I was going wrong. These seemly small corrections would make the big difference. My coach was Nathan (A fellow Welshman) and he was great to work with and will keep you accountable (trust me). You'll get access to the whole coaching team and a community of like-minded vegans on their own journeys as well as a bunch of other class room like resources.
Overall a great investment if you're serious about being a healthy, lean and fit vegan to shatter the outdated stereotypes that still exist! I would like to personally thank the entire team for putting me on the right path that I can sustain and maintain in the future. Trust the plan and the results will come because what you get out of it depends on what you put into it.

Nils gave me a custom plan for my workouts and how much I should be eating a day in order to reach my goals. The app was very easy to use and helped me keep track of my workouts and macros. Overall, this experience has been great and I would recommend it to anyone trying to get in better shape!

I was always "healthy" but never "fit" or "in shape". For the last decade of my life, I tried many things to get myself "fit". Obsessively attending intense cardio spin classes, group exercise classes, eating way too few calories etc. I work in the health care field as a nurse, so I see the impact of an unhealthy life style every single day and I want better for myself. Despite eating "properly" and doing what I thought were effective workouts, I was not seeing results.
I heard about the GCA while listening to a podcast that featured Fritz as a guest. He described his vegan/training journey and so many things he said resonated with me. I followed him for 8 months, struggling to see results on my own. I listened to many of his podcasts (I highly recommend) and eventually decided to go for it. I made the call and joined the program. Best decision ever.
The gym was the most intimidating place to me and most of the time, I stuck to the cardio machines. I was definitely nervous to start the program workouts, however, I quickly realized that in having workouts that were designed for me, specific to my goals, by professionals, I finally felt like I knew what I was doing in the gym, and all the insecurities went away. I can honestly say that I now look forward to my gym workouts, especially when I get my new plans with each phase of the program. I never thought I would feel this way about going to the gym and it is amazing and so empowering. Initially, I was nervous that I would lose momentum and fall off track like I usually do (since joining the program is a financial investment) but the personalized coaching and community, with everything you have access to, is incredible and makes it almost impossible to lose focus.
During the program so far, I have lost 10 lbs of body fat and have definitely built significant muscle mass all over my body. I feel so much stronger and am able to lift a lot heavier on exercises I struggled to increase weight in when I was training by myself. My clothes are starting to fit better and I've actually been able to wear some clothes that haven't fit me in a long time again. I can see my body composition changing in the mirror too! It is such an incredible feeling and for the first time in my life, I actually believe I will achieve my fitness goals.
I am only half way through the program and I have learned so much already. Nutrition wise, I have learned the importance of paying attention to you macros (for your body and specific goals), especially the importance of protein intake in terms of building muscle and keeping you satisfied for longer. Before the program, I was a huge snacker, constantly eating throughout the day. Now, I only have one planned snack a day, and I no longer have to urge to snack in between meals. This is because I've increased my protein intake and I don't physically feel the need to snack. This has been huge for me. I am also feeling a lot more confidence in myself too, even though I still have a long way to go. I've noticed a huge increase in my confidence at the gym. It's an incredible feeling that is hard to describe. I think the most important thing I have learned so far that has had the biggest impact on me is learning patience and to trust the process. Losing weight and gaining muscle TAKES TIME. We always want things to happen yesterday and the mental struggle has definitely been the hardest part of this process for me. You WILL get there with time and dedication!
My personal coach, Chiara, has been invaluable to me. I heard her on the podcast and knew I wanted to work with her. She is so highly educated and experienced, especially in women's health. I couldn't be more grateful that she was able to take me on as a client. I have so much trust in her advice and with every message or call with her, I can feel that she really cares about me and my success in this program. She is understanding of my personal struggles and is able to push and encourage me, always bringing my focus back to what I have achieved so far. She quickly comes up with solutions that work for me. I wish I could have her as my coach/mentor forever! She is amazing.
I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is seriously looking to better their health. Anyone can do this program - the coaches are incredible and will adapt your plan to your busy life or travel time so you always stay on track. The meal plan is delicious and eventually you are able to plan your own meals. The support is ALWAYS there, whether it's through the coaches or the community of clients. Please don't be skeptical of joining an online program, I promise it is the real deal. I recommend listening to the podcasts - the coaches interview so many clients and you're able to get a sense of what you can achieve. Having a coach to keep you accountable is game-changing. Take the leap, join, you won't regret it!

This program has been an absolute game-changer for me! It arrived at the perfect moment, helping me with my workout motivation after a year of struggling to stay on track with my at-home fitness routine. Before joining the company, I was struggling to build lean muscle and was afraid that it would not be possible on a vegan diet because of the difficulty to consume enough protein, but with the help of Vegan Coaching and the amazing team, I learned how to eat correctly and get my protein in every day with ease and cheaply.
This allowed me to build 2kg of lean muscle and brought a lot of confidence in my physique and life. I now have a stronger body for my daily life, taking care of my son and coaching Kyte surfing effortlessly.

Absolutely amazing!
Absolutely amazing!! I was hesitant to join but the initial interview process really pushed me to go ahead with it and I'm so glad I did. I'm a fussy eater and Nathan easily helped me to adapt food that I love to meet the macros they had set out for me. I was still able to enjoy my favourite food and put on mass. I've never had a fitness goal or routine before and the 3 months I've been with them have really helped me to get into a good steady routine. There are some reviews on here about a lot of "fake meat" - the initial meal plan that was given had some recipes but I quickly told Nathan that I don't like the fake meats and they were easily taken out and switched for better whole foods like tofu and tempeh.
The workouts are intense but it's what I expected joining this sort of fitness programme. Nathan was patient and pushed me when I needed it. I've learnt so much about fitness and putting on muscle and I'm very grateful for the whole experience. I'm excited to see what the next few months bring.
For anyone on the fence like I was, I would say just take the leap. You won't regret it as long as you're willing to commit to the nutrition and fitness regime.

I've had a wonderful experience by having access to a great coach, Chiara, who is a wealth of information. She has encouraged me throughout this process, and she has given me amazing solutions to any problem or challenge I've faced. I needed this program immensely. I was one phone call away from seeking surgical intervention for my weight. But, over the past few months I have lost weight and gained confidence.
This program was just what I needed!
This program was just what I needed to get myself back on track after a year of losing motivation for my at home workouts, and almost 2 years suffering with digestive discomfort on my vegan diet. Father of 3 - This program is the real deal.
I am a 40 year old father of 3, and this has been one of the best investments of my life, certainly when it comes to my health. Before joining I was a "fat-skinny" vegan, always hungry and snacking but unaware of what the right foods and right amount of macros were. I didn't even know what macros were. I was also working out A LOT MORE than I do now, killing myself with harder workouts that I now realize were unnecessary. My weight was always fluctuating and I felt like a hamster on a hamster wheel.
I was also nervous to make the investment with a company I found through Instagram and based in another country. But I took the leap of faith and I am so glad I did.
Since joining the program, I have lost 15 pounds, added muscle, look better, feel better, and the weight is consistently staying off and continues to drop. This program was exactly! The guidance I needed to teach my goals! It’s been only one month and the progress already is so amazing. The hardest part about getting in shape, and getting your body to look it’s best is knowing the correct nutrition as well as exercises to train the correct things.
