You need to improve in training your EE's to be easier to reach in case of a question, I to this moment have not received any paperwork or receipts and when the representative called me to request photos of my car she said I needed to do this right away or she would have to cancel my new policy, since then she has not been easy to contact and never acknowledge that she has received the photos of my car and still no receipt or paperwork.

pesimo servicio al cliente..llame por una cotizacion me atendio un agente, mas de 15 minutos dandole toda mi infirmacion y la del auto, luego me pasa a otro agente, el cual me vuelve a preguntar exactamente lo mismo..y lo que es peor..ya me iva a pasar a otro departamento, donde seguramente me preguntarias todo de nuevo...que falta de seriedad..
