I’ve been using freeway insurance ever since I’ve purchased my first vehicle back in 2019 and now it’s probably the only insurance I’ll ever use. It’s very affordable pricing and always friendly and helpful staff on the other end of the line to help. Couldn’t thank freeway insurance enough for all stress free quotes.

I bought a car on Saturday. Today I switched cars and had to make the change on my insurance. The lady I spoke to her name was Maria, was extremely rude. When I questioned the amount I had to pay down today after just paying a down payment Saturday. Customer service skills were horrible. If I had not been sitting at the dealership about to drive off I would have def switched insurance companies at that time.
