Excellent Experience with Rochester NY Branch
I have used Freeway Insurance for nearly eight years. The rates I have received and customer assistance have always been fair and expeditious.
Last year, after a series of unfortunate claims, my insurance carrier declined to renew my policy.
I reached out to Freeway for help finding new coverage and was fortunate to cross paths with Maria LoVerde, a representative out of the Rochester location.
Maria’s professionalism made the process of finding a new insurance company uncomplicated and had me insured within a day.
Fast forward to March of this year and, as my policy was up for renewal, Maria once again assisted me in finding better coverage to the tune of approximately $140 less per month.
If you are like me and prefer to have a broker work as a go-between for your insurance needs, I highly recommend Freeway and, especially, Maria LoVerde.

Wendy Russell is great!! Long story short insurance shoppers is I forgot to pay my bill like the irresponsible person I was so I had to get another policy. Wendy saw that I’ve been a customer for years now so she just transferred info and I was on my way and I’m paying less than I was by almost half! Thanks Wendy!!

Freeway Insurance outrageous fees
I called Freeway Insurance for a auto insurance quote
They found me a great rate of $58 per month but when it came to payment time they wanted $196. Minus $58 the rest were fees. I spent 15 minutes on the phone plus all my personal info then told you owe $196. Never use Freeway just call insurance companies your self
