Ted Okavango Backpack
I ordered the Ted backpack, which I had been eyeing for that past 7 years. I am not disappointed! High quality leather and craftsmanship. Shipped it to Chicago with minimal difficulty. Customer service was also very prompt to respond to any concerns.

I am SO impressed with FOM. I ordered shoes for my fiance' on Thursday 14 Dec and they delivered the parcel on Friday 15 Dec. Literally the NEXT DAY! Talk about awesome service. I will buy ALL of my "vellies" from FOM. Thanks, guys :D
Ordered 4 items. 1 ordered item arrived.
Ordered 4 items on the freedom of movement website only to be told days later that 2 of the items were not in stock and I would be refunded for 2 of the items. 10 days later I received the remainder of the order and only one of the two remaining items was what I ordered. That makes a success rate of 25% for an online order. Shocking customer service.
they are a scam
they are a scam, wrong advertisement,they say its quality maybe it used to be but not anymore...i logged a complaint on the 6th August no one replied to my email twice untill i deced to go to Cavendish store personally and log it there.
They gave me an email and i cc it. I bought my son a pair of kicks in April and he accidentally stepped on a glass not even a big glass but because of the pattern of the sole and the quality of it , it went right in and tore the sole and straight to my son.
Lariska from customer care acknweledged the email and more than anything i picked up defence claiming that its the first time they expirience such and ofcause to me as well it is the first time that my son wears expensive sneakers and they get pierced. We buy sneakers everymonth and never once expirienced this.
Question is customer retention do you guys know that one customer to loose is too many? The worse part of it is being inefficient as if you dont need us as consumers.
Up untill this stage Lariska didnt even respond again when i asked her so where do we go from here? My son has a broken pair of kicks with deffective sole that i paid for and this means nothing to the company?????? maybe you forgot to say FOM is meant for people who live in surburbs who dont walk because your sole isnt catering for them.....im taking this to EFF i swear

And that was my motivation to stick to the FOM brand. Now I also have the stylish and super comfortable Black coffee Tekkie that just takes my confidence to the stars whenever I rock them😁🎊.
