I always find them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very clear and transparent and I have never found them to suggest unnecessary repairs. They fixed an old apple phone and apple laptop for me - quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend their services.

Misrepresentation of services
Completely destroyed my lap top fitting with incompatible part.
No apology or refund.Kept being fobbed off and then had the audacity to try and sell me a second hand laptop from under the counter for cash!!
Corncerning details on companies house. Business opens under new family member name periodically, after being struck off and numerous complaints.
Clearly being very dishonest regarding profit ,and items on sale are from walk in "sellers"
Pritesh known as Daniel is willfully overcharging and damaging peoples property with no remorse.

I wish to thank Daniel for trouble shooting and repairing both my desktop pc and printer in quick time. Again cannot thank him enough for doing such a great job. I live in Buckinghamshire but did not hesitate in making the journey down to London, that's the amount of confidence I have in him good service.
