I am very pleased with the vehicle purchased from Freedom Motors. Great customer service. I spent 2 months trying to find a vehicle in my area for a reasonable price with no luck. If you or a family member needs a wheelchair accessible vehicle, call Freedom Motors.

The customer care from our first communication to now has been nothing short of fantastic. Our primary contact, Mr. Ray Fosburg, could not have done a better job of explaining the pros and cons of the different conversions for my specific injury. He really wanted me to get the perfect vehicle for me! We are so happy with our Toyota Sienna! I will not hesitate to brag on Freedom Motors and Ray to others who may need a vehicle for the handicapped. This is a business more like an advocate than a merchandise seller!

We picked our conversion up at the factory in Battle Creek. Bill picked us up at the airport in Detroit and suffered the whole way as I tried to convince him his politics were all wrong. However the experience from there on was A-OK!
All paperwork was in order the Van was ready, immaculately cleaned and we were checked out on the controls and folding seat.
We got a tour (what an operation) - made me think that it might be possible for America to actually be great again.
We had an eight hour drive ahead; arrived home tired but delighted.
For the first time in two years we were able to take our son out to dinner as a family. Perfect! Everything was perfect and the look on our boys face made it all worthwhile.

I just received the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Freedom Motors. I been very pleased with the rear entry conversions. The wait to receive my vehicle this time was a bit long but ultimately worth the wait.

Bought a 2016 rear entry kneelvan spring of 2017. The Design and quality of the van are perfect. We have had no issues with our van. The engineering of the ramp and accessibility features far exceeded our expectations. Our new 2016 Grand Caravan R/T has been a game changer for our family. Taking our beloved handicap family member places is now a fun adventure, instead of a dreaded chore. Be patient with this companies delivery time after you make a purchase, It is not the same as buying a vehicle from a dealer where you could drive away in your new car the same day . It took several weeks to take delivery of the already converted vehicle that we chose off the showroom floor. All the staff that we dealt with were very friendly and professional. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Our family researched lots of different mobility van companies. Freedom Motors offers the best quality, value, and most updated features your money can buy!!

Friendly, helpful salesman. Good car. Modifications well done with exception on passenger seats in back were not usable due to placement. However,I can see why they were placed as they were and have since had them moved to where they are better for our individual needs. Overall, a very pleasant experience and vehicle

What a great company! They made everything so easy to purchase a vehicle from out-of-state. They helped us tremendously to negotiate thru our California DMV. And, best of all, we love our new vehicle. The ease of loading our daughter, in wheelchair, into a kneelvan saved our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This is not an easy process when you do not see the actual vehicle you are getting. We did go to a local Kia dealership, but it's not the same as driving the car you will own. A couple of unknowns: we did not know that the spare tire would be left free on the floor where the wheelchair goes when space is at a premium, and we thought the vehicle would be delivered by a salesperson (to review the conversion), rather than a delivery driver. All in all, it went very smoothly and everyone we spoke to at Freedom Motors was pleasant and accommodating.

Great place to get an accessible van. Everyone was nice and very helpful. It was the only place we could find to actually test drive an accessible van. Many choices to try and Orlando was very helpful! Thanks Freedom Motors!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Freedom Motors for their help in the purchase of our new Dodge Handicapped Van. I would specially like to thank Ray Fosburg for his expertise and friendly manner. Ray made us feel like family and took time to go over every feature of the van (2 hours). He answered my phone calls, e-mails, and advised us on the best deal available. I was referred to him by my sister and brother-in-law William & Marsha Thomas, who recently did a trade in and purchased a 2016 van in May 2017. They highly recommended Ray, Dale and Freedom Motors to us. Ray recommended Blueox Credit Union to us for financing part of the purchase, who we found to be great to work with. The other dealerships we looked at online were much more expensive. My daughter who has Muscular Dystrophy and has a history of breaking bones (due to MD) has been in and out of therapy. This van has truly been a HUGE blessing in that she can now go to church, therapy, and trips to the pool (main therapy,) or anywhere else. Before she was very limited in getting out and about. We HIGHLY recommend Ray Fosburg and Freedom Motors to anyone in need physically.

Except for 1 minor problem this was an easy process. Tom brought out a sample conversion and we had our locally purchased KIA Soul shipped to Michigan for the conversion.

Freedom Motors even helped in recycling the rear seat to be used by another Soul owner.

All in all we are very happy with our purchase.

I found Freedom Motors at the Abilities Expo in NJ. Britteny, the sales lady is very responsive, always got back to me when I had a question. She brought a Kia Soul from MI to NJ for me to try. I got my car a little earlier than anticipated and I love it!

Continued problems purchasing wheelchair vans from Freedom Motors, disappointing since I have bought over 20 vehicles from your company. Most recently you shipped a very obviously wrecked and poorly repaired van for our Pensacola branch without disclosing the damage. This is just the most recent poor experience, not sure what is happening on your end but there is a huge gap in communication between your various departments and this makes for a poor customer experience.

We had the opportunity to work with Ryan at Freedom Motors to locate, convert and eventually deliver a handicapped conversion van for my dad. Ryan turned an overwhelming, confusing, and mind boggling experience into an incredibly simple and easy experience. He proved that he and Freedom Motors are NOT the run of the mill car dealership. What they are is honest, reliable, dependable and that they will go the extra mile for their customer. Ryan's actions consistently demonstrated that integrity is synonymous with freedom at Freedom Motors.

We are in love with our van. It is perfect for our needs. We chose a rear entry, and it is the best choice for us. Our town is small and the parking spaces are not exactly handicap size. With the new van we can park anywhere.
