Insurance premiums are calculated based on the information held on a policy at the time a quote is generated.
Having reviewed your case, we can see that the policy purchased through a new quotation contains a number of differences compared to the details held on your renewal policy.
Changes to factors such as occupation, vehicle usage, vehicle value, annual mileage, excess levels, driver details and other rating factors can have a significant impact on the premium offered.
As there appear to be several differences between the two quotations, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss these with you and ensure the correct information has been used throughout.

Got my van insurance from them
Got my van insurance from them. The lady I talked to is very professional, polite, helpful, and NOT push me to purchase any service. There are two things can be improved.
1. I can't find where to renew online, but the invitation email said you can renew online.
2. I appreciate to be reminded to renew, but I got missed calls from them every single day until I did the renew.
