The company responded to questions helpfully and promptly. I chose to use my own fabric which needed fire retardant treatment and they kept me informed re progress through this and the manufacturing process .

Two bespoke footstools with storage ordered and paid for by phone with card. Excellent communication with Mark. Arrived in approximately four weeks. Delighted with them, seem very well made and just what I wanted.

I think the product was great, really good quality, price was good and very easy to order
I personally would have liked a bit more of an update on delivery etc it said 2 to 4 weeks , I think it was 4-5 in the end which was absolutely fine but I would’ve liked a bit more of an update along the way. Definitely not a complaint as I can’t fault anything more a constructive criticism.
