I think the product was great, really good quality, price was good and very easy to order
I personally would have liked a bit more of an update on delivery etc it said 2 to 4 weeks , I think it was 4-5 in the end which was absolutely fine but I would’ve liked a bit more of an update along the way. Definitely not a complaint as I can’t fault anything more a constructive criticism.

I ordered a bespoke footstool which I received yesterday. First, it is perfect in size, colour, construction and quality. Thank you - I am delighted with the end result. Second a very big thank you to your courier Tony who was excellent, firstly by keeping me updated on his arrival and second going above and beyond helping me get the footstool upstairs and into the lounge. I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. I reached out with a bespoke design request, and they were incredibly responsive—answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They were accommodating throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was just right.

As with anything custom-made, there's always a bit of nervousness while waiting for the final product. But when the ottoman arrived, I was absolutely blown away.
