I found Designer Carpet by complete accident as I was looking for somewhere to get some quality rugs that didn't cost the earth. These guys were great, they sent me a lot of samples and were able to help place a few orders as I couldn't do it online. Got 6 rugs/runners in total and couldn't be happier. Great quality carpets at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again!

Fantastic team
The team were fantastic — so helpful and genuinely friendly. I ordered a made‑to‑measure rug for my home office and it’s perfect. I later needed a smaller rug in the same material, which was no longer available online. I contacted the team directly and they were able to sort it out for me straight away. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

I chose Designer Carpets because of the excellent reviews and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered a runner for the hallway and prior to delivery I had a courtesy call to explain a little design flaw in the material I’d chosen so the runner might not have dead straight edges until it had had time to settle. I am very happy with it and admire it every time I walk on it. Top quality product for the money and first rate customer service.
