While some brands prioritise taste by adding artificial flavours, sweeteners, and sugar, our focus has always been on what truly matters—creating a product that works. This means that while it may not taste like juice, it delivers high dosages of premium ingredients with only a small amount of natural flavouring.
That said, we understand that taste is subjective, and it won’t be for everyone. That’s why we’re actively working on improving our Mixed Berry flavour and developing a new flavour, while staying true to our all-natural values and commitment to providing an effective product without unnecessary additives.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Gut + Mind works gradually, and it’s not uncommon to experience initial bloating as the prebiotic, Inulin, starts feeding the beneficial gut bacteria. This may cause increased gas during the first few days, but as your gut adjusts, you'll begin to experience balance and reduced bloating.
Some of our customers have shared similar early experiences but saw improvements after continuing. We encourage you to stick with it and would be happy to support you through this process.

Regarding managing your subscription, you can edit your subscription without needing to reach out to us via email through your customer portal. We have contacted you directly with the instructions on how to do this.
Your customer portal can be accessed via the 'Log In' icon:
• On mobile: Click the three stacked lines at the top left of the website and click the 'Log In' Icon at the bottom of the menu.
• On desktop: Click the 'Log In' icon at the top right of the website.
Once logged in, you can click the purple 'Manage My Subscription' button to access your subscription portal.
