I have suffered with LPR (silent reflux) for 2 to 3 years. Having taken omeprazole for a few months, prescribed by my GP, which had no positive effect and other unpleasant side effects I decided to try other, more natural remedies. I’ve tried a number of pre-and probiotics, very expensive drinks which tasted foul and did no good at all and then stumbled across Yona on Facebook and decided it was worth a try due to all the positive reviews. I’ve been taking them for around four months and I am now able to sleep lying down without the terrible side-effects of LPR most of the time. I’ve tried to wean myself off a couple of times but the symptoms come back so I’m not totally reset just yet. The Yona team have been very helpful suggesting that I cut down to one a day and give it a while longer until my system completely resets due to the length of time I have been suffering with LPR. Fingers crossed that day won’t be too far off!

Very annoying they don't give you a heads up for an upcoming regular subscription. So many companies do this so it cannot be that difficult. Seems slightly sneaky.

I’ve been taking Vagus+ for 7 months now. I slowly increased the dose as my initial response was a little shaky to 3 capsules a day. I initially started taking it to ease my stomach issues- acid issues, constipation- but as someone with lived experience of trauma (from childhood) I know I’ve also been living with a lifetime of dysregulation (anxiety, insomnia etc). I was skeptical that this product could support me, but on reflection my general regulation - nerves, stomach, sleep- have all improved and I’ve felt supported. The help team have also been super responsive whenever I’ve needed it. I recommend giving things a go!

I was suffering from acid reflux very often, sometimes I was choking in the middle of the night. However, since I have taking yona, I am free from acid reflux attacked, I can eat anything I want without thinking about acid reflux. My digestion feels better

Great product. Been taking the vagus and gut repair combo for a month or so now. I bought Yona after having a gastritis flare up. Definitely helped calm the vagus nerve and stomach issues

I first bought these capsules to stop me burping excessively. I’ve had this problem for many years and nothing was helping. For the first 2-3 bottles I only notice slight improvement, however after about 4 bottles I now feel they are working because my burping has significantly reduced, so I will keep on taking them,

When I tried this I was sceptical as nothing before had helped me feel any better. However, after just a few days I felt my body melt into a calm I hadnt felt before. Was able to cut right back on reflux medication, slept better and stopped biting my nails for the first time ever as my anxiety stopped. Would definately recommend Yona to anyone looking for help with reflux and anxiety. I suffer from fibromyalgia and also found that Yona helped me to deal with the many symptoms this throws at me. Game changer for me.

A really effective product targeting the vagus nerve . After 3 months my bloating has improved and my acid reflux settled down enough for me to stop medication . Staff impressed me with their knowledge , professionalism , support and prompt response through the chat function .
My kinesiologist and my Parkinsons Consultant both interested and can see how its helped me .

I stated taking Yona Vagus + some months ago as I have been on Omeprazole for GERD for longer than I care to think. I started on a slow regime and managed to reduce the Omeprazole from 20mg to 10. I have now increased the Yona to twice a day and, with the support and advice of the Yona team, am slowly progressing to less reliance on Omeprazole and eventually stopping it altogether.

Whenever I have had any concerns or queries the team have been prompt in replying and I feel really supported on this journey.

After considerable stress related illness leading to ulcers and gastritis, Yona has really helped to heal me. I have fewer sensitivities, no acid reflux and no gastritis. I ordered Yona Gut repair and Vagus plus to try to help me recalibrate after a long and nasty viral infection/autonomic nervous system disregulation. I have read a lot about the gut brain connection, links to anxiety etc, and am determined to do all I can to help myself heal. This includes dietary changes too. One symptom I been struggling with is LPR/silent reflux. After a couple of weeks on gut repair I started taking Vagus plus and had a few side effects - I emailed Yona and got an amazingly lengthy and personal response back telling me how I should be taking the supplements given current sensitivities with my nervous system. I have followed their advice and am definitely seeing slow and steady improvements. The customer service is amazing. I will definitely stick at it for now as I don't expect overnight miracles. Diet is so important too along with breath work, relaxation techniques etc.

This supplement seems to be helping my silent reflux. There's been no miracle cure - I didn't expect one having suffered with the condition for 13 years- but it is definitely better than it was. They are a good company to deal with as I'd messed up my subscription delivery and it was sorted out without ant fuss. Customer service is good as you get a fast response to an email.

Vagal toning!

I take this product as a way of seeking to tone my vagal nerve. I have had various gut issues over the years (including a hiatal hernias and some reflux issues) and my hope is that by taking this product it will help me access my parasympathetic nervous system more regularly, which can only be good for gut intestinal and general health.

I have been taking Yona-vagus now for 6 months and have been delighted with the results.
I have struggled with IBS symptoms for 8 years - bloating , cramping ,diarrhoea etc and was finally diagnosed 18 months ago with microscopic colitis . A short course of steroid medication resolved the diarrhoea but I continued to have cramping and bloating .Within a month of taking Yona my IBD symptoms resolved and I am able to enjoy a wide range of foods again that I have been avoiding for the past 8 years .
The customer service and support from Yona has been excellent . I highly recommend Yona - vagus if you suffer from IBS or IBD

I discovered Yona in the midst of a desperate time trying to cure a mystery stomach problem I've been battling for the last 2.5 years that left me in pain after every meal and unable to tolerate any alcohol, coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, and a number of different foods such as beef and tomato. I had seen multiple gastroenterologists and none of them have found a clear cause. After I started taking Yona I noticed a reduction in my day to day pain and discomfort after meals. I also noted that I was able to tolerate decaffeinated tea and coffee again, and occasionally have an alcoholic drink without too much pain. I'm going to continue taking them as I am trying to reduce my PPI dosage and I'm hoping the symptoms will keep improving. It is worth noting that I have tried other suppliments and found that they actually caused more discomfort so I'm very glad to have found these gentle on the system. I'm going to try the gut repair next - thank you Yona ❤️

I have been using this product for 3 weeks and the improvements keep coming. I was on 4 omeprazole a day for 6 months, had all sorts of tests done couldn’t find anything wrong. Doctor told me I would probably need to stay on omeprazole.
I started to notice a slight improvement after one week. It’s been a game changer for me and will carry on taking it.
