Had to cancel a booking which was 5 weeks before travel and was charged £10 cancelation fee. This is not on their website. The booking was only £40 so they charged 75% to cancel. An absolute disgrace. Would not recommend them to anyone.
From start to finish awful, avoid avoid avoid
From start to finish awful. Pay the extra and go elsewhere. To start with the place is an absolute pain to find. Staff member shouting at a driver via radio when we arrived then proceeding to tell everyone around he was getting sacked. Transfer to airport took 25 mins after waiting for about 20 mins on a bus. On return I called the number as advised. The message says my call is noted and to wait at the collection point where a bus will be there in 5 mins. 35 mins after standing in the wind and rain in the early hours of the morning with my wife and kids finally a bus arrived. The driver got off and got everyone’s keys apart from mine and then rushed to get back on the bus and tells me I need to wait. No other staff members then eventually someone else turns up. Wife and kids stood outside in the rain and then I had the joy of two other people being served before me. Staff member disappeared again then returned. I got my keys and went to get my car to find it had been blocked in by two other cars. Wife and kids still stood in the rain whilst we waited for these cars to be moved so I could get out. I demanded my money back and this request was ignored as the staff member disappeared again. Truly awful service. Mr Henderson
AVOID
Used this company before without too many issues but really poor service recently.Bus transfer was slow on arrival but return was horrendous. Just missed a pick up bus and next one came along 30 mins later. Once transfer was completed ( which took ages given number of people queuing at pick up poin), my car had been blocked in by the company allowing another driver to park across me. Took over 60 minutes in total from arriving at pick up point to leaving car park. Will not be using this company again-avoid!!
Awful service and long wait
Awful service, inefficient system. Waited 40 minutes for bus to leave to take us to terminal. Ended up getting picked up by family member on return as couldn’t stand waiting that long again. Do not use, worth paying extra for proper, more efficient service closer to airport.
Damage caused by drain cover
Was guided to parking space by employee, great big drain cover sticking up which I couldn’t see because of woman standing in front of car, then when she moved and I went to park caught my wheel and tyre on it, didn’t want to miss my flight so on arrival to collect my car complained to employee and followed up with email and report for damages of over £1000 to my vehicle and was basically told, tough luck, not our problem, shocking service, definitely won’t be using them again 😡
Needs to be more regular getting picked up
Used this car park and had no problem they should make it clearer what you do with your car when you arrive as the the first time I used them you left car and keys and they moved it

This time I parked car on arrival only to be told you can't park there and had to move it.
The bus going left on time but bus coming back we waited 10 mins. But the other customer who went on our bus waited 30 mins
Very unprofessional staff
Arrived on time, shouted at by staff member for trying to park car - no signage or explanation regarding visiting office first.
Waited in office for three older gentlemen staff members to finish a conversation about gardening and a late arrival they’d had the previous night. Pointed out they were making me late for my flight to be told “not my fault if you’re late.”
Finally filled out return flight details and followed staff member to the space I was trying to park in in the first place. Walked back to where two buses were parked - no direction regarding what bus to get on, staff member had walked away to finish his conversation. Eventually asked him to be told “THAT BUS” in a very aggressive tone.
Would have felt uncomfortable with their demeanour had I been alone and I’ve travelled the world as a solo female traveller. Staff not fit for purpose.

Booked as says staff park car for you so thought perfect with having a few kids with us - lot of luggage etc - no - staff were hopeless and clear as mud - you have to park your own car too - was a complete farce - return journey we waited about 30 mins for bus - arrived at shelter - partner had called as per instructions but straight to voicemail so sent a message : an older couple already there and had spoken to company who said bus on way - anyway this went on for 30 mins after 1am with 4 young children and an older couple - everyone frozen - lady followed it up and assured bus on way - i then called 5-6 mins later and told the same. Would never use again - needs better organisation and customer service .

I booked this carpark as i could take my keys with me,on arrival this was not the case they insisted i had to leave my keys.i have an app on my phome to see where my car is parked and if it is secure,all was fine when i checked on arrival at airport bit was alerted the day before we flew home my car was parked insecurely with windows and boot open,very unhelpful when i eventually got an answer from them apparently my car was fine!! Funny not less than an hr later on checking the app my car was parked securely again.
The office workers are not allowed to respond to emails,only the supervisor can respond,so if they are on days off good luck !!

Recently booked flying Scot Edinburgh for our holiday to Turkey.
On our return we were told our car had been in a different car park than the one we left it in. I was shown to my car which wasn't parked in a secure car park. It was parked with other cars on a road. I queried this and was told that my car has been moved from the ,"car park" at the start of the his shift onto the road. This was blatantly a lie as we picked up the car at just after 1am and my car was coated in heavy condensation. Not only this but my car was boxed in so tightly that I had trouble getting out of the space. Every other car was the same. I paid for my car to be parked in a secure carpark and not on a road. This to me is a breach of contract as I didn't receive what I paid for
Would not use again
They seem to have changed the system since we last used this company, admittedly some time ago. They used to park your car for you and have it ready when you get back. Now you have to find a place to park (in the dark and rain) and make your way back to the bus. Staff are surly and rude with little or no help or explanation of what you are meant to do. What a terrible impression of Scottish hospitality.
Not the most pleasant experience!
I recently used FlyingScot Edinburgh and had a mixed experience. On the way there, I was attended to quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. However, the staff were not the friendliest, which left a bit to be desired.
The return trip was a different story. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company by phone upon my arrival, no one answered. I waited at the bus stand for the regular shuttle, which never seemed to come, eventhough they said it ran every 20 minutes. Watching multiple buses from other companies arrive and depart only added to my frustration. When I finally reached FlyingScot on the phone, they assured me that the bus was on its way. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting in the cold and windy weather for 55 minutes.
When the vehicle finally arrived, it was a mini-van that couldn't accommodate everyone waiting. The staff were moody and unhelpful, making the situation even more unpleasant.
I've had positive experiences with FlyingScot Glasgow and booked with the Edinburgh branch expecting similar service. However, I wouldn't recommend FlyingScot Edinburgh. The lack of timely assistance and unfriendly staff made me feel like I was a complete hassle, with no urgency to attend to my needs.
Never again
Second time I have come home to find car blocking me in When I told the guy he said it will be ok when car next to you are going I said that's not good enough what if they weren't leaving how long before I got out as you take keys with you.He said don't tell me write an email I said it is just greedy packing as much cars in hoping they are gone before you are back Avoid Rather pay extra than go there
56 minutes from reception to terminal
56 minutes on arriving at car park reception until being dropped off at the terminal. 30 minutes for return journey. Apart from long transfer times, unhelpful staff and terrible phone service, good value if you have the time. Next time, will pay an extra £3 for another service to be closer to the airport with a better transfer.
The worst company ever
The worst company ever. Do not use!! Refused to help my husband and I jump start our car at 1am in -3degrees. Would not even let us sit in the office to keep warm. Locked us out! The Guy that works there is a complete clown. Look elsewhere to park your car.

Arrived at Edinburgh Airport and phoned for my party to get picked up then after 40 minutes the bus arrives after a second phone call,was then told I didn’t phone but I had it recorded on my phone driver never lifted our case on had to do it ourselves first time ever for this then when we got to the car park it was all a big joke to them making fun of my wife then to make matters worse they had parked my car behind the office not even in a parking bay where I had to reverse to let the passengers in,I’ve been using flying Scot for many years from there Glasgow park where the service is excellent but will never use flying Scot again this could have escalated into something nasty due to the employees at Edinburgh, I have all the evidence on my phone with regards to time of call pick up and where my car was parked as they will deny all

Firstly i would say the location of the car park and shuttle service to and from the airport were great, no issues with that part at all. Our issue was we returned to a damaged car. I highlighted the damage to the staff straight away and was told someone would be in contact after a review of the cctv was done. After multiple emails and calls which were not returned i was told that the footage showed no situation that would result in the damage. IF you decide to use this service i would highly recommend you take 5 minutes to video your car when you leave it with Flying Scot. Something to prove condition before and after is something i wish i had done. Their customer service is atrocious, i got the feeling they were just killing time hoping i would go away.
Maybe we were just unlucky but i will never trust this company with my car again..
