I am copying the last review as it's my story too. I'm generally great to research and review but I thought a service like this would be straightforward enough, but no!!
Avoid. Read the other reviews. For starters it appears good value but you then get a booking fee. After you book you find it is located at least 30 minutes from the airport. When you cancel you have an administrative fee of €15 and told it will be 14 days before your balance is returned. For the same price you will get long term parking closer to Dublin, guaranteed regular transfers, no booking fee and free cancellation. Go airport parking Dublin is a rip off.

Poorly run. A very limited ability to communicate in English. Situated miles from the airport. Shuttles do not run every 30 minutes. Not interested in customers who are under pressure to catch a flight. They just give a number to ring and then another.

Zero ability to communicate. Every time I called I was given a number or an email to contact. No response from email and the people on the phone just gave me another number to call. Really poor. Stay away from this crowd.

Avoid!!! Extremely far from the airport. Worst experience ever. Old dirty shuttle bus. It's a disgrace that they are actually allowed to operate. Once you arrive to the airport at your return,you have to call them to collect you and nearly 1 hour later you make it to your car. Websites did not have map available to see exactly the location of the carpark. Do not be tempted by their cheaper prices.
