Great quality and service

Flowers direct have an easy to navigate webpage, secure payment, lovely quality flowers and gifts that arrived on time. My friend was delighted with the surprise.

Disappointing gift on two separate occasions

This is the second time I've received flowers from this company from separate friends. Both times the flowers have been browning at the edges, wilted and overall dissapointing. I appreciated my friends' kind gesture but felt dissapointed their money was spent on such poor quality flowers. Would really not recommend, local florists would 100% provide better quality bouquets as has been my experience anyway.

The flowers were disappointing however!

We The flowers were disappointing, not very fresh and a very small bunch. Since then Flowersdirect have reached out and offered to replace which is very decent of them . I will review following this

Late

Ok, well the flowers were lovely as usual. But i booked and paid the 15.99 or whatever it is for the morning slot. Specifying if they could be left before 12noon. As my mum would have left to go get her pension(I know 1pm is the cutt off) but still, you're up in Sandyford right? She's on Leopardstown Road... I should of not bothered with paying the extra. Thats all. Flower and card were beautiful.

Awful company

Awful company. Don't give them a cent.
I ordered 3 bouquets, they delivered me 1. Customer service was awful. I needed all 3 as they were for a trio of girls and needed to match. I told them they would send the courier back to collect the 1 they delivered and they refused. Manager was rude. I'm now stuck with 1 sub par bouquet and must go find 3 new ones for the event today. Worst experience I've had with customer support. Manager literally said to go ahead and leave a bad review cause they have plenty of good ones. Also hung up on me twice. Zero star company, save your money and shop somewhere else

I accidentally filled out order form…

I accidentally filled out order form wrong and the company were right on it to correct it for me. I did it a second time (I forgot to put what I wanted in the card). It was no problem for them. They also sent an email when flowers were delivered. I would use them again.

Didn’t even say who they were from no card after I told the guy what I wanted my sister taught that someone else had sett the until I asked had she received them , very poor performance

Lilies opening too late, but problem taken care of

Delivery was good. We had the problem that only two of the lilies ever opened, and only a full week after delivery. At that time the roses were not pretty anymore. For 50 Euro this was disappointing but customer service was excellent though. We got a new bouquet and that one was great.

Amazing

We have received many different arrangements over the last few weeks as a result of a bereavement. To say that each one was beautiful is an understatement!!!! The white roses lasted nearly 4 weeks!!! I have never known this before and the beautiful colours and flowers in other arrangements were fabulous. Thank you

A brilliant service! I had a glass vase of Lily’s delivered and they were gorgeous. Additionally, as I wasn’t home, the delivery was placed in a safe, covered spot

Flowers wilting day after delivery … if they need watering upon delivery or soon after you could possibly leave advisory note … good delivery time and service otherwise.

Worst experience with any company any

Worst experience with any company, tried ordering flowers for delivery, site kept having "technical issues" had to wait till following morning to call, girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful, kept messing up every single step, gave my card info over phone, was told I'd get email confirmation, I did it was all wrong, not my sisters name for delivery, called again, they said it was all ready, my sisters 50th birthday today, I sent flowers and chocolates to her work place, received an email telling me flowers left outside no receptionist @ 5.01 The secretary doesn't leave until 5.45 my sister called work, nobody saw them, so instead of a nice birthday surprise she'll be thralling through cctv to find her flowers and chocolate left out in the elements over night, sunshine and rain, disgusted with their so called "flower delivery" service as they did neither. AVOID flowers direct, plant seeds it's be faster. Edit, flowers found left outside front door, no box of chocolates, biggest waste of €50+

Very disappointed that these were…

Very disappointed that these were flowers for the loss of my father in law which arrived looking slightly squashed. Furthermore they barely lasted 2 days which was highly disappointing given the occasion they were for and the price.
Would not use again or recommend. The cheap shop bought flowers are lasting much longer.
