Very disappointed that these were flowers for the loss of my father in law which arrived looking slightly squashed. Furthermore they barely lasted 2 days which was highly disappointing given the occasion they were for and the price.
Would not use again or recommend. The cheap shop bought flowers are lasting much longer.

Ordered flowers and they came almost dead. I got them Monday and they are already thrown out. Not impressed at all. And for them to come with the stems wrapped in just a damp tissue it's no wonder they didn't last.

Ordered flowers for my mother for her wedding anniversary. I paid for the large flowers which automatically gave an upgrade to extra large, however what arrived was more like a medium sized arrangement and to be honest I was a bit embarrassed when I saw them. After paying just under €60 I definitely expected better. Also, the lillies were already open (bar a couple), so not as fresh as I would've hoped either

I bought a bunch of anniversary flowers with accompanying balloon for my wife and decided to upgrade to the large option. For almost €70 I was a little underwhelmed- the size of the bunch would likely be acceptable for the 'normal' size, but not the larger more expensive option. Delivery was prompt however.

UPDATE - Following this review posting earlier today, FlowersDirect.ie reached out very quickly offering to escalate the issue, and have kindly provided a voucher towards my next purchase. This is a great service from a company and, as I have used FlowersDirect.ie before, I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Prompt and efficient service and very tempting introductory discount makes it a five star experience for me!

I had a bit of a situation with the flowers flowers due to the dpd driver being late which impacted. However, the company did their effort best to resolve the situation and in fairness to them they did! Was very satisfied with their response!
They were very fair with the response! They work very well over email. They have a good range of items to choose from

Sent by DPD, flowers were dead upon arrival as they are boxed so no sunlight gets to them, customer service blamed everyone but themselves
Maybe you didn't see the date because I've already done all you asked and you ignored it after the photos, it's a warning to people to stay away
