Ordered flowers for valentines day - not delivered on time.
Ordered flowers for valentines day, happy to pay the 400% markup to make sure they were delivered on time. Not only were they late, and came the next day with a cheap 3 dollar box of crappy candy (why would anyone care about this?) as an "apology", i was also charged extra for "changed delivery time", as if it was my decision for the flowers to not arrive on V-day.
Avoid this company like the plague, they don't allow negative reviews on their website, so you, like me, may end up tricked into thinking that the service perform adequately.

No delivery! Worthless company
Ordered a Valentine’s Bouquet for my girlfriend. Ordering process went well, payment went through and I could select time of delivery. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered.
If you want to be sure that your order is being delivered (on time), don’t use this website! Now trying to get my money back from them. Hope the fact that I paid through PayPal will help.

Disgusted! Arranged for flowers to be delivered at 9:30 in time for my friends funeral at 10:30. They were delivered at 11:20. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REFUSED TO REFUND US AND BLAMED OTHER PEOPLE FOR THEIR FAULTS.
It's bad enough a young friend dying, this just added insult to injury.

Thank you for your order. When you placed an order you mention telephone number of crematorium and asked us to call them to check information about funerals.
We called to crematorium as you asked and administrator told us that the funerals will not be at the time, that you specify in order, they will take place in 1 or 2 hours later. That is why our courier arrived at the time specified by administrator.We made delivery to admonistrator and she gave your order to to relatives that is why from our side we do all that we can and should. Order was delivered to relatives and there is no one reason for refund. We are sorry about any inconvenience.
Very disrespectful and not trustworthy company!
Ordered for my mom on International Women's Day bouquet of roses, flowers were delivered already wilted and next day they have totally withered. We asked them to exchange flowers. What they did is they brought next day just one rose instead of 5, that they had to. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use service of this company!

Birthday surprise!
I chose this site comparing other reviews here of international flower delivery services. 4 days before my girlfriend's birthday I purchased 101 roses. I thought the prise was very good. They also gave me the option to buy a vase (turned out to be an excellent idea) and a baloon with Happy Birthday written on it and choose delivery time (3hr range) The thing I liked the most, the service of the photo at delivery! Of course I also got other photos and saw the roses were all in perfect condition! I will surely use this site again.
P.S. A few emails to the customer service got a very quick answer.

Flowers.ua is a great site, many choices of flowers, easy to use, many options for your order, been in contact with their customer service too and they are always quick responding any time of day and very helpful + flexible if you have any changes!
