Delivered half of the flowers that i ordered.

The worst experience ever! I decided to use this company as they accept PayPal payments but they charged me twice the amount shown on the website. They said they use their own exchange rate which is twice bigger than a normal one. Filed a PayPal dispute. Beware and never use them! It's a scam!

Ordered 2 bouquets for seperate people. Both started dying after one day! The company told me that they did not look after the flowers correctly and sent me a link how to care for flowers? I have sent many flowers from same company before to same people with no problems! But this time they have not accepted the problem is theirs so in future I will use someone else. Really bad customer service!!!

This site is a scam. They tried to charge me 78 dollars plus tax for a 1350 UAH (45-dollar) bouquet. Obviously I quit without making payment. This time they called me from a Russian (+7 area code) number. They are not even Ukrainian. They are Russian scammers.

this is an organised scam website, i failed to read the online reviews, the same as everyone else happened to me, they claimed that the payments was never received and stole my money, STAY AWAY!

We are in the process of reporting this website for fraud activity!

I have been ordering flowers for delivery to several different cities in Ukraine, since 2011, using this company. I am in the UK. They have never let me down, and the recipients of the flowers have sent photos and they have never felt disappointed.
I send cakes as well, and as explained on the site the exact cake delivered might not always match the photo (the same is true of many companies including interflora) but again the recipients have never been disappointed.
I usually order 1-2 days in advance and ask them to contact the recipient on the morning of delivery to confirm a time that they will be at home. They have accommodated requests from the recipient to change delivery at this stage to a place of work with no great drama.
They seem to have a good network of excellent florists in Ukraine.

Ordered roses and cake, but should have stuck with just the roses. The cake was not the same as the cake in the picture. The picture was round and complete while the cake delivered was rectangle and looked like a piece of cake and was smaller than the example in the picture.

There was also an issue with the payment as we ordered from the site in Ukrainian Grivna, but the payment switched to USD with a price very different than current exchange rates.

I ordered fruit basket - it was delivered with rotten fruits: bananas had brown spots all over them, pear had rotten spots,
grapes had rotten berries.
I asked it to be delivered between 9 am to 12 pm. -it was delivered at 9 pm.
I complained to the company , they sent me a picture ( which confirmed bananas were full of black spots and rotten pear) but lady Svetlana I talked to was trying to convince me that how fresh fruits should look like and people are actually looking for BLACK spot bananas not bright yellow. She would go on and on convincing me fruits were fresh even though I had photo of delivered goods in front of me!

They supposed to make delivery from 6 PM to 9 PM. After they failed, I contact the support team for an explanation.

9:05 PM - please wait 20-30 minutes.
10:00 PM - please wait additional 20-30 minutes.
10:40 PM - we are almost there.
11:30 PM - our delivery arrived.
12:05 AM - the delivery team have problems with GPS.

After I kindly ask to cancel my order and provide me a full refund. Guess what? They stop answering me from all sources...

Do not trust this company. I ordered flowers for delivery in Kiev Ukraine. I live in Seattle, WA. It was night time in Kiev and I needed delivery within a few hours. At the checkout they are offering payment via PayPal. I paid, received confirmation from PayPal that it was paid. I got a feeling that something is not right. Somehow I decided to verify that my order is good to go or not, since there was no email from them. Well, I entered my order number and to my surprise, status came out as "unpaid". I contacted them via chat and they told me that they cannot accept my PayPal payment and that their bookkeeper will process a refund later (when???). So my order would not be delivered... What if I would not verify??? This stupid company flowers.ua would steal my money???? These are Ukrainian crooks and thieves. Do not trust them!!! Never buy anything from them!!!

I ordered recently flowers and the cake roll. The delivered cake roll looked much different from the one displayed on the picture. Defenetely more different then 20-25%. What a pity that I cannot show add here. The picture showed a nice cake, but delivered was just a cheap sponge cake which usually cost 4 times cheaper in the supermarket. Very disappointing!!! The customer service explanation to my claim was terrible: "In the photo from the site, the picture of the roll is enlarged, so you might have the wrong impression that the roll is confectionery, but this is not so."
I will never order their again!!! No wonders that the bad reviews are blocked on their website..

Poor service, sent my money again.

I have done the order few days in advance. However the order hasn't been delivered on time. in the last 30 minutes of desired timeslot i've ben notified that there is a delay with my order.

Very disspointed with communication and service in general.
They only publish positive reviews on their website btw.

Delivered only half of the ordered premium bouquet. When asked to re-deliver they failed again delivering only half of what they promised! Stay away!

On morning of 13th Feb, I added an item to cart, then I got busy in work and didnt confirmed the order. Then in evening I thought to complete my order and saw that price of the flowers has increased by 40%. Flowers that were 499 originally were now 799 only because now valentines day was near. I tried to chat with representative and they said now valentines day orders and prices are increased... what a cheap company!

Do not, I repeat, do not buy flowers here! They will not be delivered.

I placed an order, for around $100, soon after they informed me that they'll send me the money back without telling me why. Of course I do not have to mention this money was never returned! They simply stole it!

I used them multiple times up until my latest experience. For a premium price, you'd expect a premium product, but it's far from it with these guys. My latest order was a 51 roses bouquet and a big fruits basket. The basket looked much emptier in real life than what they display in the photos on their website, but more annoying was the fact that one of the main fruits in the basket was completely missing. I contacted them for explanation, and you know what their response was? They sent a 12% discount as "compensation" on my next order. More ridiculous is the fact that they have constant discount codes any way, so I already had a default 8% off on my next order. Just an apology would have been better than this disrespectful offer which basically tells you "Oh, we're sorry, but here, now you can spend even more money with this pathetic discount".
Any way, it just bugged me that you pay so much for their products but they don't even bother with properly replying when they do a mistake.
It wasn't really the big issue with the order. The biggest problem was the fact that the entire bouquet was DEAD the next evening! I have never seen anything like this before. Even if the environmental conditions in the room are far from perfect, they should not die this fast. I didn't even bother contacting them again, It was my last experience.

Giving 2 stars only for delivery. Flowers.... do not bother to choose, as they will send whatever, very remotedly reminding the pic.

Ordered on the 16'th July flowers for the 17'th of August, this was confirmed in 3 seperate emails(With confirmation). The reason I was told is the florist made a mistake. This is simply not acceptable, I ordered in good time because I would be there with my wife when she was supposed to get them as a surprise.

- Wrong date
- All I got as compensation was a minuscule discount on the next order.
If it was a serious company, they would take this mistake on a loss, the customer is never supposed to pay for mistakes of a company.
It is critical for an item and event such as delivering flowers that it is delivered exactly according to instruction.
As I can read on the site this is not the only situation. Anyone thinking of using this, seriously consider alternatives.
