I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. it was in the morning. in the afternoon the courier called and agreed on a time. My mother was waiting for a bouquet. but at the end of the day, when it was no longer possible to order elsewhere, they wrote to me that they had run out of flowers. I was very surprised and upset. How can you call a person to wait, and then simply send an email to the customer that we have run out of flowers for your Mom, although in theory, if you call and negotiate with the person, you should have a bouquet ready for him.

Terrible service

An order that was supposed to be delivered in half an hour was not delivered even after three hours. ruined the child's holiday. terrible service. I do not recommend using the services of this company. The site hides bad reviews.

Just spoiled the birthday of my daughter, didn’t deliver flowers and gift and ask if they can reschedule it for next day!?! It’s birthday it can’t be rescheduled.. Take money with no responsibilities

Quality of the partners does not meet the Ukrainian fresh standards

Normally when I ordered flowers to Kyiv and always was satisfied with the quality and services. Delivery was always on the time I asked it for. Flowers were always super fresh and last long.
This year I ordered flowers to Vienna. Surprisingly disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They are not fresh. Unfortunately I cannot attach a photo. Price does not match the quality.
If a company has interest I will provide photo of the bouquet.
My recommendation is not to use services of this company out of Ukraine. Partners does not meet the quality this company provide in Ukraine.

Ви, дурні повії, повертайте гроші на мій рахунок і перестаньте писати таку дурницю. Ви можете засунути собі в дупу подарунок і знижку на наступне замовлення своїй фейковій компанії. Ви компанія, яка грабує і бреше своїм клієнтам. На своїй сторінці ви додаєте тільки хороші відгуки, які начебто пишете у своїй дурній компанії, а на сторінках, які насправді пишуть люди, вас ведуть як шахраїв. Ви надіслали мені підроблене підтвердження повернення коштів, я перевірив його в банку, і на сьогодні проти вас було порушено кримінальну справу. Ми зустрінемося в суді, і я подбаю про те, щоб знищити вашу компанію за те, що ви робите з порядними людьми. Ви зіпсували весь День Святого Валентина.

No delivery, no apology Order # 267235799

What a shame! On February 14, 2023 I placed an order # 267235799 for two bouquets for my sister to be delivered next day to avoid the rush of Valentine's day. Delevery supposed to be from 11 am to 1 pm on February15. She waited till 3 pm - no delivery, no calls. She tried to make several calls - no response, finally the driver answers and tells her he had no idea about the time of her delivery but the flowers with him in a truck, and it will be around 6 pm, maybe. When my sister called them again she spoke with some "manager", who didn't know that order had 2 bouquets and they needed to speak with me, as a person, who made an order. Keep in mind, US and Ukraine have 7 hour time difference.
I wrote the company an email, asking them to deliver my sister fresh flowers. First response was OK. Then nothing happened. I wrote again - silence. Finally I asked for refund. They answered on February 20 that it will take about 3 days. They didn't even apologize!

Service terrible

Сьогодні, 14 лютого flowers.ua без попередження не доставив моєї дружині квіти, вперше за 29 років подружнього життя. Розчарування! Обслуговування та сервіс відстій. Ні дзвінка, ні вибачення, ні відповіді в месенджерах. Схоже flowers.ua перетворилися в шахраїв.

Sorry, lack of complians and service :-/

There was a big difference between the stated price and what was the final price. An order "disappeared" and spent 2 hours with "customer service" in a poor attempt to correct the mistake! Apologize, work on the problem, find solutions and provide alternatives to the customer. Can NOT recommend this company! Sorry!

Didn’t get the delivery

Didn’t get the delivery. They change the price of the order after I already paid it. The manager who was writing to me was not able to explain the situation of the order. As a result, bad mood and spoiled party. Don’t use this service.

Fake pictures og flowers!

- no flowers as on website: they charge money and they ask to change order and offer two times smaller ammount of flowers
- they change the order
- no delivery on the date - they confuse the reciever and the sender by false information about delivery
- no service at all: last hours between e-mails when they ask to change the order After they called reciever that they come with delivery
- do not pick up the phone
- pictures are not real:they do not have the buquettes they offer

Will never order anything from here - tital waste of money amd nerves.

Always received good service and successful deliveries.

I am in the UK, I first used this company in 2011, and since then I have used them 2-3 times a year for deliveries inside Ukraine, to various cities.. I often order cake and fruit basket, and other gifts in addition to the flowers.
Today I have just had a delivery made in Kyiv, and the recipient has sent me photos of the bouquets, plus fruit and a cake.
I ordered at the end of last week. I asked the company to phone the recipient to confirm that they would be at home, and they did that phoning them first thing this morning.
I have not had a difficulty with them, even during the pandemic and the current war in Ukraine.
Recommended.

Ruined Birthday and stole my money

AVOID! Ruined Birthday and stole my money!

The flowers I had ordered for my mom's birthday 2 days in advance, turned out to be OUT OF STOCK last minute. The time range I chose for delivery was 9 - 12, and they only discovered the flowers were out of stock at 9:30! I ordered 2 days in advance to avoid such a situation... Anyway, we agreed to replace them with same sprig roses but different color.
Of course the delivery was late because of the situation, and they ended up bringing a bouquet which was 2 times as small as the one I had pair for AND they were wilted! Looks like the other color was out of stock as well and they gathered whatever was remaining instead of utilizing them. And I paid 1600 UAH for that!!!

Mom refused to accept them and I recieved another phone call - this time saying I will recieve a refund with the exception of delivery price 129 UAH. Because, according to a very rude lady on the phone, even if the bouquet was bad, the courier did his job and brought it! But the florist says the bouquet was fresh! So apparently my mom is lying or she cannot tell fresh roses from wilted ones? They ruined my gift for my mom's birthday!!! AND they want me to pay them for it. This is real nonsense. I told them I disagree with having to pay for delivery and that I think it is THEFT. She replied they did not care.

Please, never order from flowers ua. They steal money from ukrainians and give a very bad reputation to ukrainian service. In Ukraine, there is a big amout of businesses who do a really great job and offer good service for reasonable prices. But definitely not flowers ua!!! Shame on you!!!

Failed to deliver

Ordered flowers to my mother four days prior. Called me at 1 am (I'm in California) because they didn't have the flowers I had ordered. The order was not completed since it was too late when I called back (5 pm UA time). Second year - the same horrible experience. Never again.

Not the best attitude to the customer

Problems have repeatedly arisen on the eve of the delivery of bouquets: at the last moment it turns out that it is necessary to make an additional payment for delivery.
In principle, this would not be a problem if this issue was raised immediately after receiving the order, and not at the last moment before the delivery of flowers. As a result, the flower delivery did not take place, the mood is negative
I will no longer use this service and would not recommend it to others

Disaster company!

Order flowers for a Mother’s Day 5 days prior. My mom did not receive flowers because the courier did not make enough effort to make sure that she gets the flowers. He called her 1 time and she missed the call. He had buzzer number and other contact information but decided just not to care.
After so many years of ordering flowers with this company, I feel completely disappointed and upset that my mother would not be able to receive flowers on Mother’s Day!
Disaster and dissatisfaction!

I would say not satisfying at all!

I would say that they were a satisfying business company in the past, however lately have been slacking and slacking in many ways, from deliveries, (and inventing all sorts of excuses) to almost rotten cakes delivered. A fresh cake that was done 7 days ago does not sound fresh at all to me!
