This flower company does not have the right ethics to be in the business. Unfulfilled deluvery dates. Will offer you a store credit but delivery not included so you have to spend again for shipping. Called them and had to wait for 50 minutes only to be answered by a rude and unprofessional lady. I requested for a refund and she said I will get it in 5 days. After a few days i received an email saying its not in the cimpany's policy to make a refund??? Instead offer a store credit. But delivery fee not included!!!

Don't even consider purchasing flowers from florist.ca! My order froze prior to delivery and I was offered a $20 credit. After not accepting that, they offered $40. When I tried to reorder, each time I mentioned applying the credit, they would put me on hold or send me to customer service at which time I was informed that no one was available. I can only conclude they are total scammers!

This company is absolute garbage. Don't waste your money. I ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday. They arrived 5 days later- all dead. They were unwilling to refund the amount of money I spent on the bouquet. I will never order from them again.
Not what I ordered!
I specifically ordered a deluxe bunch of multi coloured tulips and the order arrived on time but it was red roses instead. I didn’t want red roses.

Horrible experience all around. The company committed to delivering the flowers on a specific date; however, on that day, they informed me the delivery would be delayed by one day. Customer support was not helpful when I explained that no one would be home to accept the delivery the following day.
I had to cancel the order and arrange for another florist to deliver on the same day, which was difficult on such short notice. The company refused to reimburse me for the cancellation, citing their policy—even though the issue was caused by their delay.
I have no recourse—does anyone have suggestions? I would not buy from this company again.

Furthest thing from being professional and caring about their customers. They delivered the wrong flowers and not at all delivered the extra's I ordered (balloon and teddy). I've attempted to reach out 5x by now, but they refuse to respond. Buy your flowers elsewhere!

First time I ordered a bouquet, the delivery was never made. After calling and asking why, the receptionist said a glitch caused the warehouse to not receive the order. When the next delivery date came, they dropped off the flowers at a VASTLY different time than instructed so they weren't received correctly. Instructions were for after 5pm, delivery was made before 11am. Lastly the flowers I ordered were not even CLOSE to resembling what the picture portrayed. Worst delivery I ever seen by far.

I’m only giving them a star because I have to. This company is terrible, avoid at all costs. I called to confirm that they could deliver to a rural address and they confirmed that they could the next day. The following day they emailed me and told me it would arrive two days later (because nobody orders flowers to mark a special occasion right? 🙄
I requested a refund and was told it would be processed in two days. Then I received an email stating the delivery was not cancelled and would happen two days later, as indicated, “with an upgrade”.
Two days later, when my partner was finishing their block of shifts, I called once again and was told the order was cancelled and the payment added to my account in store credits.
I lost my ever lovin crap and told them
I want payment returned to my card and they (once again) stated two business days.

I had the WORST experience with this company. They charged me extra for same day delivery and then notified me they could not deliver it same day. So I tried to cancel my order and request a refund and now no one is getting back to me or responding to my emails or calls. Poor professionalism and now i'm out $100 for flowers I didn't even receive.

Too bad there's no zero star rating. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Don't order flowers because it's a scam. The flowers weren't delivered and they won't refund my money, they don't answer emails, they're impotent on the phone.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day 2026, and what was delivered was completely different from what I had purchased. The flowers hadn’t even bloomed, and the quantity was far less than what was advertised.
I immediately raised the issue via email and was told that the florist didn’t have the original flowers in stock and decided to replace them. The problem is that I didn’t sign up for whatever the florist felt like sending - I paid for a specific arrangement that I expected to be delivered.
They offered store credit as compensation. However, it’s now been over a month and despite several follow-ups, the promised credit hasn’t been issued. Frankly, I would have preferred a refund given that my Valentine’s Day surprise was completely ruined, but even the credit they promised is nowhere to be seen.
This level of customer service is absolutely pathetic. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority. I won’t be ordering from them again and would strongly advise others to stay away unless you’re comfortable wasting your money.
Thieves - avoid at all costs
Made on purchase for a delivery on specific date. Once the payment was taken I received an email saying they could not deliver on time - so I cancelled the order. they have $34.5 of my money and I have never received what I paid for. 2 months later i'm still waiting my refund. She has had to visit Canada to bury her Father and it was essential we show our love. The order was taken, the delivery date accepted and money collected. I emailed a query, receieved no reply, emailed again, no reply,made 5 attempts to message you on Saturday 14th to check all okay and then am told by an odious customer service rep, that you dont deliver on Sundays to the location your site accepted delivery for. That same day delivery wasnt available - really i ordered it 2 days earlier. I should rearrange for a Tuesday. When I lost my temper and demanded an immediate refund I was told id have to contact you again on Monday - Horrible Horrible Customer Service - Avoid

Complete scam. Bought the flowers, paid the extra money for same-day delivery. Text from 613.627.2199 a few hours later from "Sam" saying the order couldn't be delivered until next week (unacceptable). I tried calling - no answer. I got an email simultaneously - bogus number. I googled looking for an alternate number - when I found one one their site and called, the receptionist said it was for "Blossoms". When I queried about "Florist.ca", she said it was same company (I suspect she wasn't Canadian...). I prompted for a supervisor, and she said she would call me back with a supervisor. It's been an hour. Please avoid.

My order was for Valentines day made from Australia while away from my partner in Canada. They never arrived. Tried to have then redelivered. No answer to many emails. No one picks up the 1-888 number from Australia or when I returned to Canada a month later. Their online chat platform also does not function.
Flowers never arrived. I rarely complain but I'll add my name to this companies shit-list. They are atrocious.
