My wife and I sent flowers to a friend in hospital. Same day was 3 days later. Name on the card was wrong and no senders name. Flowers were wrong. Added in Chocolate not desired. Was filled by Bloom-x not Flowers.ca. Emails confirming were to the wrong person. My wife is Anne, emails were addressed to Fiona

I used them before with no issue, and had my account on their website. This time was a failure. Here is why. On Friday Feb.27 I placed an order for Sunday delivery. I got email with confirmation that my order is "being prepared now" On Sunday 6pm I wrote email asking where is my order. No response. At 9pm I emailed second time the same question, same result. On Monday morning I called to the 888 number. I got reply that my order was not ready on time because "they couldn't find the flowers" and it will be ready "soon". I asked for full refund. I will not use this service again.

P.S. Getting a refund took TWO WEEKS. By the end of week one, they said that I was debited for future orders. I told them there will be NO FUTURE ORDERS.

Flower bouquet was way smaller and flower substitutions were made without notification. It was supposed to be delivered in a glass vase, it was delivered in florist foam. It was supposed to be delivered at 1 PM, it arrived at 5PM.

They didn’t send the flowers.
No notice.
I reached out to them.
They say I was outside their delivery zone. Which I’m not.
They said they will refund.
They do not.
Offer a store credit. That I can’t use.

They are a scam. Trust all the 1 star reviews.

-100, false information, the website says if ordered by a certain time, can ensure delivery. But they accept your payment then inform you it cannot be delivered on time and offer you a store credit. Terrible, you still have to go buy flowers for the date you want it, and they keep your money. Impossible to get a refund. Don’t use them

Bait and switch from this scammy florist.
Ordered flowers, paid the higjest tier, then they send me a completely different, much cheaper bouquet of flowers.
Will never use this company or Blomex again.

Don't use this company - this company engages in fraudulent practices. I ordered a $150 bouquet of red roses for Valentine's Day. It was delivered two days late mind you, not the roses but something that I did not order that being a gift basket of chocolate assorted items followed by a letter from yhe company saying that they decided to substitute the item without my permission. I phoned them to try to rectify the situation and to have them take back the chocolate basket that I did not order and they were completely unhelpful and hung up on me. My wife emailed them several times and they did not respond - the chocolate gift basket was not wanted, not ordered and not needed. Do yourself a favor and take your hard-earned money elsewhere and use it at a different florist because this one will rip you off.

If I could give them -10 stars, I would. Terrible service. I never received a receipt or an order number from them. The flowers arrived one day late and were of absolute terrible quality. When I called to find out why the delivery was late, the operator barely spoke any English and it was a frustrating experience. They took no ownership of the problem. I would never recommend this company or every order flowers through them again!

They advertised as next-day delivery, so I placed an order. I was told on the day of delivery that the address was outside their delivery zone and so it would be late. That is something that should be determined at the time of ordering; I would have chosen another company. I also added a balloon and chose the occasion as “congratulations”. The balloon was TINY and said Happy Birthday. They told me they upgraded my order because of the delay- their upgrade was to add a pack of cookies. Just terrible all around, will never use them again.

Paid extra for the SUPER snapdragon bouquet , my mother received a random bunch of leftover flowers - no snapdragons at all. I've reached out for a credit as the arrangement actually looks sarcastic.

Terrible service! They are a scam! DO NOT USE!! I ordered flowers and they cancelled my delivery and postponed my delivery. The recipient had left the hospital by that time - I tried to cancel the order and the call center overseas just gave me lip service and nothing was done. My credit card was debited and I did not receive my flowers. Now they will not respond. Total rip-off.

Somehow when I was looking online at another florist, I managed to get on Florist.ca and placed an order on THursday for flowers for a funeral that Saturday. I promptly got a confirmation email that my order had been received and they would tell me when it was ready. ON SATURDAY MORNING, the day of the funeral, I got an email saying they did not deliver to the location of the funeral. However, they had already charged my account, and there was no offer of refund. I called customer service Saturday morning and was told my money would be refunded. However, it is now Tuesday evening and I am still waiting. Seems like I will have to fight to get my money back for a service they charged me for even though they could not fulfill it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: called again to ask about my refund, and I was told that at the first call they just give a store credit and it takes a second call to actually get a refund! This is after specifying I wanted a refund and being told I would get one. Let’s see if they come through this time. VERY ANNOYING

Paid extra for same day shipping. It arrived FIVE days later and their communication was SO poor. Will not use again.

Ordered through florist.ca for birthday flowers. The actual order was fulfilled by bloomex. I received a message that the flowers that I ordered were not available so they were substituting a beautiful arrangement instead. The flowers were thrown together with little apparent thought and were half dead by the time they were received...a day late for my wife's birthday. Interestingly, most companies are eager for you to review their services and products and send you requests for reviews, but this company has been radio silence. Never again

They never delivered and are horrible. They are a scam. DO NOT order through them.

AWFUL AWFUL service, not delivering as per instructions, delivery done on a different date, delivery done at a different address, flowers were not at all the same, paid extra for supersize but received small. Customer service on the phone do not care at all, they are dismissive, nonchalant, not apologizing, rude. BE AWARE

Ordered an arrangement of sympathy flowers for a friend. Got an email saying they didn't have the arrangement I picked out but that they delivered an arrangement with similar quality flowers. When i called and asked customer service what they delivered they couldn't provide any details and gave a vague guess, promising the arrangement were either pastel flowers or vibrant flowers?! They also said the blue vase I ordered wouldn't have been the one delivered but could not tell me what it looked like. When asked about a refund or discount back they said no. Unbelievable and unprofessional. Do not order from this company.

I ordered the supersize version of the bouquet and I received the most sparse bouquet I've ever seen.I cannot imagine what the the regular size looks like.Flowers were wilted almost dead. It was meant to be a centerpiece for my dining table.
I'm embarrassed!Will probably simply toss them and replace them with something from a reputable in person florist.The only thing on point was the delivery date and time.
