Avoid at all costs!
I bought the most expensive thick pile carpet and after only a month it was all flat, I contacted the customer service and they told me I need it professionally cleaned and would offer me £50 towards this however it was a 6 week old carpet!!! I've tried now everything buying all sorts of pile brushes, a new hoover and it's matted, flat and looks awful. Biggest mistake ever buying from here, awful quality carpet! I'm so upset we've wasted such a lot of money and the customer service is awful after you buy 😓

went for a quote in Birtley Store friendly staff who where not pushy but at the same time gave me their time an knowledge

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
Twice now i have taken time off for a delivery only to be told on the day it isn’t coming!(so why email and text me to say it is).
Branch rarely answers the phone and seem clueless as to why the carpet isn’t coming.
Customer service reckon they reply within 4hours,that was 3 days ago.Go and spend your money somewhere else and not with this shower!

Horrendous company, I have paid £3800 for my order and have had issues from the beginning, I have been left with unfinished laminate that is an absolute mess. The fitter Mark Weldon actually cut my door frame off and nailed it back on with rusty nails, I was left with gaps in my laminate, and holes in the beading. Avoid this company

Not good, ordered, paid for. They delivered the wrong size and wouldn't refund the full amount of what they didn't deliver.

Awful company. Had a carpet from them, they sent the carpet fitter and asked me to pay him when he came, so lamb to the slaughter I did as requested. 4 months later carpet is bubbling up in places. They don't want to know, their position is fitter doesn't work for them I paid him myself so I should contact him. As I don't know his number this is impossible. Never again will I use thus flooring company

Had an order on for approx £3.5k waited 2 weeks and still not sorted. Cancelled order!! It’s boring!!!!

Chose carpet and colour emailed their sales dept. With measurements Never heard back following Day I contacted Live chat didn’t get any help and Despite sending a further 2 emails. Have still not got nowhere with these fools We will take our business elsewhere but I shall be writing to their
CEO as the owner he should be made aware of how his employees are loosing him money.

Called more than 10 times, emailed 7 times. Got hold of a person on the phone that said to “wait” it will be in my account in a few days.

That was 50 days ago - still owed £2400.

I ordered two pieces of vinyl flooring I did make a complaint about one of them and flooring superstore sorted it out straight away with no issues replaced it was a really good service and I am happy it was sorted I would recommend using them

They are an awful company who confirm orders take your money but never deliver the goods no matter how many times you contact them they have an system which allows you to think your speaking to someone but actually, you aren't when you request a refund they ignore you when you request a cancellation they ignore you. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks and apparently the order keeps getting cancelled by mistake, then they make a call from Adrian who just tells more lies and still doesn't deliver or refund them. I have had to get the police and Action for Fraud involved as i cannot get a refund from them at all.

If you are looking at purchasing flooring from this company leave this website now! Trust me it will save you money and time and undue stress, go elsewhere!
The first went in to the Wolverhampton store to order laminate flooring underlay and beading. They recommend "one of their best fitters" to come and lay the flooring he was shocking he caused that much damage to the beading it all had to be replaced. A second "best recommend fitter" was sent out to correct it, it was his opinion that all the flooring needed to come up and be relayed. This was 4th August 2022. Between now and then we have had up to 10 breaks in the boards to date (30/05/23) the top layer is breaking off. I called the Wolverhampton store and Alex the manager was very helpful he sent another fitter out to give his opinion as to whether the problems we are experiencing are down to poor fitting or poor product. The fitters option is that the flooring is delaminating it is a product problem the lot needs to come up and be replaced. Customer services have been less than helpful to the point of insulting on their ways to correct this issue, they will not accept it is a product problem and are insisting it is down to fitting (yet won't come and look themselves or send out another fitter to give an opinion) there is adequate expansion gap, the breaks have been put in where necessary the top layer of the flooring is still breaking up. It is so bad I can feel the delamination when I walk on the floor, I can't let my 3 year old walk around bare foot incase he catches his feet in the broken pieces there is no way on earth I can let my baby in her walker on this flooring it is too dangerous. I have sent pictures to customer services the most they have offered is 15% off more flooring!! When I said no they offer £100 refund and 15% off more flooring. To replace nearly a grands worth of flooring! Absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!!

Purchased carpet and underlay in person in the shop. I had to chase number of times for order confirmation as nothing received. After carpets arrived and fitted I have had 2 packs of underlay left over so went to the shop to return for refund. Once I got to the shop I've been advised that they can only collect which means I've drove for nothing. I've arrange for collection for 21st March while in the shop. On the day of collection no one turned up and after calling store I found out that this hasn't been booked in the system despite customer service in the shop arranged for it. However, it was re-booked for 24th March unfortunatelly when I got confirmation on 23rd March evening I've noticed that collection next morning is from my home address and not the address that Ive asked to be collected from! Had to stay home and have been late to work just to sort this out! Since collected on 24th March I was waiting 3 weeks after number of chase ups with no communication from shop what so ever. I've been told there is no refund for me as the re-stocking fee and collection charge is higher than items value. So basically they took my belonging saying that they won't pay for it now! They not informed and misled customer in regard to those charges, wasted my time, petrol and patience for nothing. They staff in store have not informed about any charges and there is no mention on those charges on the quote or order confirmation. Made a complain over email and have been told that T...C are on their webpage and that's it. I've made purchase in store and went to return back to store i dont need to read T...C on webpage when making purchase in store. I should be made aware of those charges by member of staff and I shall agree to these before arranging for collection. They just rip off people and have worst customer service ever experienced!

Absolutely terrible customer service - i gave them the measurements for laminate flooring, they ordered too much now want to charge me £40 to return the excess that i did not need. They want me to pay for their mistake. Not only did they mis-sell me the product by ordering too much i was also advised i could return anything to their store and get a refund which apparently is not company policy.- AVOID - DO NOT USE

Carpet completely different to image (one had a clear pattern the other different). Flooring superstore refuse to admit they are in the wrong and the image on their site is wrong. Customer service is awful, and they want to charge us £60 to return the wrong item (and won't refund the original shipping). Refuse to be £100 out of pocket for it being their fault!

I ordered a floor and was told I could return the unused wood. The fitter (arranged by the store) was delayed by 2 months and then I was 3 days over the return time (that I wasn't informed of) for the excess floor and was told I cannot return it. Lots of wasted money and materials. I feel they should have been flexible here.

I'm pretty sure this is some sort of fraud because:
1 PayPal payment method no where to be seen and when I called I've been asked several times to "just use your card"
2 I managed to find Amazon pay but guess what, always an error. Tried 3 times and never got a confirmation email. Got charged three times ... Now i have to do a chargeback because this company claims they never charged me and i don't have any orders with them.
So yeah, fraud.

I was initially disappointed with the colour of the sheet vinyl I ordered but laid it anyway and am extremely satisfied with the result. It has transformed and modernised my bathroom and is very comfortable underfoot.

Worst company ever, first of all sent the wrong vinyl flooring, not the one ordered, this messed up the fitter, then ordered a different one, told be delivered today so rearranged fitter, now got a phone call saying won’t be delivered until Thursday and fitter is busy.

It was meant to be done for this week as it’s going in my office and now cannot use without flooring meaning work cannot commence losing me £3k this week and money next week as won’t be fitted before then.

Go to more reputable businesses or use local. With service like this these will be closing down sales very soon
