DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. they are rude and disrespectful. they told me that my reservation was on hold cus the airline declined my “discount request” then when i call, another representative told me their seats were sold out. why are you selling tickets that are sold out? the representative said “if you have concerns for the flight it’s not my problem argue with your mom who made the reservation”. they’re scammers.

Booked two flights with these people last night got the confirmations for both and then get a call today saying they couldn’t confirm my flights through the airline but they can “make me a deal” I would just have to come out of pocket another $300

I tried to speak to a supervisor about three different people I spoke to (different times I called) all said they were the highest associate and wouldn’t transfer me because “there’s nothing anyone can do for you”

Pretty sure this is a scam. I received a confirmation that i bought tickets yet I don't have any record of it with an airline. I tried calling and it was a strange call with a man telling me he'd call me back in 20-30 minutes with my confirmation. He never called back. I went on their website to try and resolve the issue and was speaking with someone through a chat box, the person- "James" helping me would not answer my questions or confirm why I didn't have an airline confirmation. He gave me the run around and would tell me to wait for long periods of time.

Never ever use this agency!!! The worst web site you can visit to book your trip. I booked my ticket two days ago for a domestic flight from New Jersey to Tampa. One agent called me yesterday to tell me that my ticket wasn´t available anymore at that time, eventhough, I had my booked number, and offer me a sort of alternatives, all of them with different dates and higher prices. Of course, I didn´t accept and
I asked to cancel my booked. He told me, "after consulting with his supervisor" they ´re going to mantain my booked number and they will be sending my e-ticket and reservation number today. It turns out I never received the email and I call them to ask for my e-ticket. The agent now told me that the flight has been cancelled by the airline. I checked with the airline and that wasn´t true. I call the agency back and now they told me that the flight is not cancelled, but only the tickets with cheap price were cancelled by the airline. In other words, blame the air company for this, which was a big lie. I called the airline and they confirmed they have nothing to do with it. All of this happened today 6 hours before the departure. They just cancelled my purchase. I asked for a refund of the charge applied to my credit card, and now I have no vacation and no money either. They're scammers! and this agency must be shut down.
PD:Many bad reviews has been posted by mistake in other company with the same name in UK. But don´t get confused. Those bad reviews are related to this agency flightsclick.com here in USA.

I wanted to book a flight and Shane really went above and beyond for his exceptional service. He was able to find me a direct flight with great rate. I really liked his service. Highly recommend their service.
