Fraude!, fraude! y más fraude! Tienen de alguna forma la información de los vuelos, cobrán y no hacen los movimientos, atiende personal de india que ni el español, ni el iglés habla bien, ya reporte el sitio a la cyberpolicía, espero alguién pague por lo que hacen.
Se hacen pasar por personal de la aerolinea QATAR y dicen que no he pagado el impuesto dell aeropuerto de Doha y que lo debo cancelar para poder hacer el chek in me, enviaron un link y me cobraron 459 dolares los cuales no especifican de que es, OJO estafa no creer son
Llame pensando que era el número de Air Canada y me dijeron que mi reserva aún no estaba completa que me faltaba pagar un impuesto de turismo que la plataforma no me había cobrado y que no podría hacer el check in para abordar y perdería el vuelo y el dinero de la reserva que tenía que pagar para obtener la confirmación y me cobraron 775 usd desgraciadamente en ese momento la página de la aerolínea no funcionaba así que no pude corroborar lo que me mencionaban y acepté el cargo horas después mi marido pudo comunicarse al teléfono real de air cananda y nos confirmaron que nuestra compra estaba registrada y confirmada desde siempre que no se visualizaba la página por mantenimiento de la misma. Es Fraude! Lo peor es que tienen toda mi información de vuelos ! 🙈
No me han reembolsado 508 dólares pesos mexicanos 9.981 le lo cobro la Sra. BRABIA FLORES , no debió cobrarlos mis boletos ya estaban pagando , me dijo que sino pagaba no podría volar , me asusté porque iba de trabajo , me habían dado dinero para mis alimentos, quedo que en un mes sería el reembolso y no me ha depositado. Alguien me puede ayudar .
