THIS IS A 5-STAR SCAM COMPANY !!!! Do not book with them; the 5-star reviews are fake. They also operate under Travelandtickets.co.uk. They will request that you pay into a bank account to balance the cost of the ticket. You will not be refunded....run run run. The website needs to be brought down!!!

I booked a flight with this company one month ago and I paid in full, today am supposed to travel to my mum funeral but no confirmation code 😭😭😭😭this people scam me and they are not picking up their calls

Total scam company not real at all. They supposedly had purchased a flight never received a confirmation number. Had to call the airline and hear them tell me that there was no flight booked for me. They will say that they’re working on it. They’ll send you the confirmation 24 hours before the flight. This is a lie, most airlines book flights in real time. You should always receive a confirmation code immediately. Buy from a reputable company or airline and if you do purchase make sure to go to your bank to get the money back.

Booked a flight ✈️ to dallas but I couldn't be allowed to check-in because the debit card i Booked with is not reflected on the itinerary or boarding pass. They took my money. I wish they could refund me $148

This company is fraudulent do not use it at all. I booked a business class flight. I did not receive a confirmation but did receive a phone call the next day. Phone call said they were confirming that I had booked an economy flight. Obviously trained to get additional money for something they probably could never deliver anyway.

I wish I could have selected ZERO STARS but it would let me. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY HAVE YET TO REFUND MY $538.86 and it has been a month now. This was one of the worst ever third party company I have ever experienced. Stay tuned for more

Absolutely. Absolutely. DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. since the very moment I purchased my ticket today these guy have been giving me the run around lying about when i could expect my flight confirmation and e-ticket. I’ve spoken with literally 8 different agents and they all lie and give you the run around. One guy even told me “I will personally see to it that you’ll receive your booking info within 3 hours. Nothing and my flight leaves in the matter of ours. This company is 100% a SCAM. They won’t even cancel my reservation while the transaction is still pending 😂😂😂. I don’t even understand how they’re even allowed to just blatantly lie and continuously do this to people. DONT BOOK through this scam company !!!!!

J'ai réservé un vol le 17 septembre 2025 pour un départ le 15 octobre 2025. Ils m'ont confirmé la réception du paiement du montant le 18 septembre. Le mail promis qui devrait contenir le billet n'est jamais arrivé. Quand j'ai appelé le service client, ils m'ont confirmé la réception des fonds en indiquant que je recevrai le billet au plus tard 24h avant le vol. N'ayant rien reçu le 14 octobre, j'ai envoyé un mail au support. En réponse, ils ont indiqué qu'il y a un changement et que je devrais les contacter au plus vite pour disposition à prendre. J'ai appelé et on m'a fait patienter 1h sans réponse. Quand j'ai rappelé, on me dit qu'il y a un changement et que seul le vol de 6h du matin serait disponible à condition que je paie une différence de 500 dollars.
Je leur ai demandé d'annuler la transaction et de me reverser les fonds initialement payés. Ils ont promis un retour de fonds entre deux et 4 jours . Je suis toujours en attente,
Comment peut on garder l'argent d'un client pendant plus d'un mois ?
Je serai en droit de demander des dommages et intérêts dans la mesure où j'ai dû déboursé près de 800 dollars pour payer un autre billet.
Ce site est dangereux. Ne l'utilisez sous aucun prétexte. Le service client est inexistant

I had a terrible experience with FlightsClick.com. They cancelled my flight at the very last minute without any proper explanation or helpful support. I had everything planned ahead of time, and their sudden cancellation completely ruined my schedule and caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Not only did they fail to provide a timely notification, but their customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I felt ignored and left to figure everything out on my own. I would NOT recommend FlightsClick.com to anyone—unreliable service and zero accountability. Save yourself the trouble and book with a more trustworthy company. I ended up missing the wedding i was supposed to attend.

Scam, Scam
The night before my trip to visit my daughter away at college, went to go check in on Southwest, no confirmation number ever received, contacted Southwest only to be told we are not listed on the flight. Called customer service only to be put on hold forever and line dropped. Went online to dispute charge and saw another number and a Indian man answered and gave me the same number no one answered. Had to rebook at the last minute....horrible why steal from people. Luckily Wells Fargo gave me my money back right away.

Do not buy from them. I booked a flight, and I get a call from them saying that it's going to be $300 more. I cancelled and they said that they will leave it at the same price. No, they did not!

My £70 deposit payment for a flight ticket since May this year has not been refunded.
"Gang of thieves". They've continually become emboldened in fraudulent activities.

SCAM COMPANY. I missed my flight for a wedding because of them. They sent a booking receipt but I never received a confirmation code. So when I went to Frontier Airlines website, there wasn't anything to pull up. Called Frontier and of course they didn't see a booking confirmation. They saw someone trying to purchase tickets with our parties names but the payment declined, also they used another card to attempt to pay. I don't understand why people spend so much time being fraudulent and they can earn an honest living.

This company is a PURE JOKE....recently received a call from them to tell me my flight was on alert status, then went on to say my flight would be canceled....mind you I was scheduled to leave 4 days before the call....never do business with them...SCAMMERS

They had my dates for flights wrong and I told them I wanted to cancel my flights and get refund. (Apparently this was possible for 24 hours) This was way back in the beginning of May when I booked a flight for June. They said, no, don’t do that, we’ll fix it - but then 2 days before my flight, said American Airlines cancelled all my flights and they had to book me on Southwest. I paid extra to upgrade my seats with AA, but was told there was nothing they could do about that. The day I tried to check in, Southwest told me I wasn’t on any of those flights.they had absolutely no information about me. The CS rep for Southwest took all my information and put in their computer to go to their resolution team. FlightsClick is a TOTAL SCAM. If it wasn’t, why wouldn’t they just refund my money when I asked for it the first time. Now they say, it’s non refundable - and I could book another flight with them somewhere else. Why the heck would I want to do that??? Now I’m out over $800 - money I worked hard for. I’m next calling my credit card and filing a complaint report with them. Do Not trust these people.

I booked with yuan and all now they can not give me a comformation ref, they took my £70 from last week Thursday and I call today 20th and I've been told the airline would contact me, it don't make sense, it's not the first time I've travel they are scammer and your not getting away with my £70 my advice they are scammer and I don't no why they are still promoting cheap ticket I will be locking you down thief's

SCAM-DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! To say I am livid is an understatement. I bought a ticket for my husband waiting at the airport in another city and southwest said no ticket existed in his name. So they will take your money and your information and run. I called their customer service and some shady Indian call center answered with fake american names. I am absolutely reporting them to the BBB. Its insane the fraud they are committing.

This is a scam. They initially offer you a lower price, then claim that the flight is "on hold." Later, they contact you with an inflated price and pressure you to pay the difference.
