Placed an order on 12/17 and still have not received it. I have sent 3 email inquiries and have not gotten a single response. Order status on website remains “unfulfilled”. Tried calling and the number on their website is not going through. They have ghosted me at this point.

I placed an order on December 14th as a Christmas gift for my husband—the website guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. As of today, December 29th, the status of my order is unfilled. I have reached out to customer service and still do not have any resolution or tracking information for my order.

They make a good product but they have absolutely no idea how to run a business.
The customer service is horrible.
I put in two orders almost three weeks ago, I still don’t have the products.

I’d advise everyone to avoid this place

My two favorite toppings are buttery cinnamon roll & pumpkin pie. I sprinkle both of them on my peanut butter toast every morning for breakfast. Yummy, yum, yum 😋. I have been using these for a few years now!

Taste great and fast shipping. Never had one problem.

I'm very Disappointed with the smaller and skinner bottles. The Seasoning is already expensive. I faithfully purchased 6 bottles every other month. I'm not sure if I will continue. I really like the Seasoning but just not sure if it's worth it anymore going from 5 oz to 3.5 oz. That's a huge Difference.

I use the seasoning in all my food. And they are delicious every time i cook I use them my husband loves me cooking with all the spices i get.

This company is deplorable in customer service. It’s a shame because I was a loyal customer on auto ship. Long story short they had an error with their payment processing company and three of my orders (2 years ago) somehow did not get charged to my credit card. So they have repeatedly harassed me for the past few months about wanting a total payment of $149. Today I finally paid it because they have threatened to turn it over to a collections agency. This company is not worth my time. I regret ever giving them my credit card number because now they have my information and because they engage in these types of shady practices I worry about what they may try to do since I blocked them off my credit card. Anyway, my best advice to anyone is - do not get involved with this company. I will either find a new company or do without flavored seasonings.

So expensive oh my goodness. 😂 the taco seasoning’s first ingredients are onions, garlic and sea salt (meaning that’s what is mostly in them). Does not taste like Mexican taco seasoning, more like a watered down white people taco seasoning. 😂😂 for $5 I recommend buying better brands, but if you want a bland taco this is the seasoning for you!

Customer service - joke.
Order December 20th, January 5th still no package and who know when will arrive. Contacted customer support, they are just telling me that package is on the way and will be delivered soon, yea right.

The seasoning are great. I've been ordering for over a year now. But their customer service is horrible. It's always taken a week or more for my items to ship, so this last time I paid for rush processing. Rush processing states your order will ship within 24 hours. My order still has not reached the post office 6 days later. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service to either be ignored completely, told they needed to escalate my situation or sorry my order is going out today. It is literally a money grab. Every time I have to reach out to get the situation handled, I have to explain everything over again and then get ignored. Then I'll get a new message asking me to "elaborate a little bit". I'm over this. The seasoning are good, but not that good to deal with that nonsense.

The worst seasoning I have ever used and also the most expensive.

The seasoning does not stay on the meat nor does it marinade into the meat. It forms a layer on top which easily rubs off when flipping/turning the meat. If it stays on, when cutting, the seasoning just wipes off onto the fork. Meat stays bland. If the seasoning stays on the meat it is literally just formed on the outside of the meat almost like a paste.

I messaged their customer service desk several times to receive the same automated response telling me they’d get back to me, but nothing.

Very very disappointed and won’t buy again. Shocked at the other use reviews to be honest because these are so bad.

FG seasonings are by far the best out there. Flavorful without the extra nonsense!

Took almost 2 weeks for delivery. Kept being asked to review long before I received my products. Anxious to now try them.

loving the no salt in which i have control to do and the flavor of the food is out of this world.

I absolutely live this company and the spices are amazing. It was so easy to order online and I got updates about my order. That is something that I love because I need to know when it's coming or any delays.
