Takes FOREVER (6-8 weeks probably) for orders to ship. Customer service is mostly automated. Products are fine, but buy them from a store. By the time mine arrived, I didn't care anymore

Products are excellent and great tasting. Its where I live that's the issue. Hawaii is very Humid, and caking of the product after a week is an issue along with buildup along the edges of the flip lid... Mehr ansehen

I placed an order in mid April and…

I placed an order in mid April and still have not received my products or any update on my order… I contacted their support email and got a response right away claiming that items I purchased ended up being out of stock and I would be the first shipment to go as soon as they were restocked. It now after a month seems highly unlikely! This has been one of my favorite spice brands to use since starting my fitness journey years ago but the company seems to have shifted and not in a positive way ! This will unfortunately be my last time ordering from them

2 months wait time. Customer service is trash.

Placed 4 orders and got one. One of them was a subscribe and save. A month went by and it charged me for my second subscription, but I still haven’t received the first. 6 weeks now. Trash company. Takes your money and gives nothing. Stay away! Your experience will not be different.

The actual product that I got was, at best, pretty good. So if you mix pretty good product with horrible company then you… still have 1 star.

Just use ChatGPT and make your own.

My experience is the same as all the others, terrible! I ordered 3/22/25 have sent multiple emails, went theough the chat on their site & got the same results as others. Here is the email I received:

We've taken a look at your order and can confirm everything is in stock and ready to ship! While our warehouse is a bit behind at the moment, we’ve marked your order as urgent in our system so it can move ahead in line and ship shortly.

Horrible Customer Service, No Shipping After Over a Week.

Have sent three emails requesting shipping update and have received no response. Tried "human chat", but it just logs the question and says we'll get back to you. Will probably just end up canceling the order. I'm positive I can find similar products where they have a little thing called "customer service".

Did not receive order- no response from customer support

I’ve been a customer for about 10 years, but I will no longer be placing orders. I placed an order on March 24, and as of April 18, I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed customer service twice and haven’t received any response. Because of this, I started looking for alternatives and came across Cuso’s seasonings, which are also available on Amazon. I placed an order with them and my seasonings are arriving tomorrow. At this point, I’d recommend saving yourself the hassle and looking elsewhere instead of ordering from Flavor God.

Order #976460 — and based on what I’m seeing here, my experience isn’t unique.

I placed my order on March 21, 2026. By March 25, there was still no tracking or shipping update, so I requested a cancellation and refund. That request was ignored, and I was told the items were on backorder — which I had already made clear I did NOT want.

From there, it turned into a complete runaround. Multiple emails, little to no real support, no accountability, and no clear answers. I was eventually told the order was canceled and a refund was issued — but weeks went by and nothing showed up.

At that point, I had to involve my bank and dispute the charge just to get any traction. Thankfully, they were able to credit me back while they complete their investigation, and I expect the full refund to go through.

After reading other reviews here, it’s obvious this isn’t a one-off issue — it’s a pattern. Poor communication, delayed or nonexistent refunds, and customers being forced to chase their own money.

Bottom line: if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect this company to fix it. You’ll likely have to go through your bank to get your money back.

Would not recommend.

They never fulfilled my order

They never fulfilled my order. They sent a generic email long after my order should have been received stating they have a high volume of orders and are behind. They can't fulfill orders but continue to take our money and make new posts on social media. I finally had to request a chargeback through my bank. This is now fraud, they are literally taking peoples money, not shipping products, and not giving refunds. The only way to get your money back is to go through your bank. This is unacceptable.

Been a month still have not received my order

I placed an order and even paid for shipping "insurance," and it's been a month, and I have not received my order. I wrote them twice: the first time, they answered, saying it was on the way; the second time, I have not heard back from them. I wrote them again tonight, so far nothing.

It's ALL hype

I ordered 12/23/25 and received the standard "large volume of orders" line. I was patient and waited a month with one e-mail to customer service during that time - got the same "large volume of orders" schtick. On 1/23/26 I stated that I would receive a notification of shipping or I'd notify the bank to stop payment on this fraudulent charge notify the BBB of the methods of business that are employed by this company. Seasonings are good, but no worth the hassle and the hype. Do better elsewhere.

Customer service is trash

Placed an order two weeks ago, emailed customer service. All I got was “we’re working on your shipment”. Emailed again, no response. Called the number to customer service and it rings once and hangs up. This company is garbage.

Overpriced and Always on back order

Be ready, every time you order it's going to be delayed. They're supposedly always "back ordered" but don't tell you until after you purchase. Which means they never hold stock. The prices are high for the quality of seasonings. I would look else where.

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. I ordered on 12/2 and received a thanks for your order email. I never got anything else. I emailed on 12/22 inquiring about shipping, tracking and status. I was told my order was on back order (how about communicating that???) but the items were on the way to the warehouse and would send immediately. It’s not 1/16 and I haven’t received anything. I’ve reached out 3x since and asked for a cancellation/refund and I’ve gotten no response.

They dont deliver

I ordered from them on November 30th. As of December 30th they haven't shipped my items. I emailed on December 20th and 25th asking what was up, no response. Ive contacted them on social media, no response. Ive texted and called the number they give you in their email to contact them, no response. At this point im initiating a chargeback as this company seems to be a scam now with no integrity to uphold their orders.

Terrible customer service

I have used their products in the past and liked it. I placed an order Nov 30. As of Dec 29th the order still has not shipped.I bought this as a Christmas gift expecting it to arrive in time and when I saw it wouldn't come, I requested a refund. They said they were waiting on a restock of items. I dont want the items anymore, I just want a refund and they wont give it to me. There should have been a disclaimer on the website that processing times would be longer than expected because I would not have ordered knowing it would take this long.

Quality seasonings but poor service

High quality seasonings. And their dessert toppers are bomb. I put them in a lot of things.

The only issue with the products themselves is that sometimes they’ll arrive caked so much that it’s one brick of seasoning in the shaker. So stuck together that you have to use a fork and work pretty hard to break it up. Shaking doesn’t even do it in those cases.

Order a month ahead of time and you won’t be disappointed. Expect them within a week, and you’ll be quite annoyed. Two or three times in a row now, my orders have been delayed by weeks. When I asked them to make it right and throw in an extra bottle or two, the response I got said they’re keeping an eye on the order closely, but didn’t even address my request. And this is on par with their customer service over the several years that I’ve used them for.

The customer service is atrocious

The customer service is atrocious! Placed one initial order that I contacted customer service about to make a change. Despite emailing, trying to reach via chat, and their text number, I ultimately had to escalate my dispute with PayPal for a full refund and order cancelation. Despite this, I attempted another order since I hear the seasoning are great. I paid for rush shipping and, of course, my package was delayed, so I again had to go through PayPal for a refund on my additional shipping costs. Once I received the order, 3 bottles were not fully sealed leading to product spilling all over the inside of the box, and they sent me two of the wrong flavor. I am attempting to reach out to them directly to fix this but don't expect them to do anything, so I'm sure I will have to escalate this with PayPal once again. I don't care how good these seasonings are.. I will NEVER order from Flavor God ever again!!

Fuldstændigt sindssygt at venter 3-4 uger nu uden nogen form for advisering omkring din order. Pengene er trukket for længst men ingen order. Indtil videre har de blot stjålet 200 dollars fra mig. Ingen anelse om mine varer kommer…
