Firstly, I would like to say the receptionist has been lovely the whole way through this process.

Secondly, my car was picked up last Wednesday and the guy collecting was very professional and kind.

Thirdly, my car was repaired within a week and it was cleaned inside and out. It looks brand new, thank you Andy!

Overall, the service was been quick, stress free and efficient. Highly recommended!

My car was vandalise. Insurance sent me here. Long wait to book in, followed by 3 weeks to repair. There is still a part to be installed which is on a long back order. However, the car has been returned for now as all the body work and paint is done. I have now got overspray from grey primer on the car, red paint on the black trims, orange peel effect paint, burned headlights, and some very messy looking welding joints. Spoke to them about all of this, and they want to sort it all out in September! No apology for all their messy bodged work either. I'm appalled. The damage was caused in March. No repair work should take this long, and if you can't do the job properly first time round, at least get it back in quickly to put it right. This is disgraceful. Stay clear of this garage.

In response to the garages response...I will happily wait for the back ordered part, but I want my paint work put right now. I dont see why I should wait for your errors to be rectified for 3 months.

I visited Fix Auto Redhill earlier this morning to get a quote to repair damage to my bumper.

I had not been to a car body repair shop before and wasn't sure where I could get a good service. I decided to first visit Fix Auto Redhill as their website looked very professional.

I hadn't phoned in advance but reception staff were professional and friendly and were happy to have someone (Kevin) see to my car.

Kevin was great. He gave an honest view of the damage and what my options were, including a cheap option as well as a more comprehensive option. He was also happy to apply a fix on the spot, without needing to come back another time.

I thought it was a great experience as I did not feel that I was being pushed into going for the most expensive option.

I will certainly be back if I have any future car body repair needs.

Really smooth process - was kept informed of repair progress, staff were friendly and happy to help the whole way through. Would absolutely go back for any repairs there.

To be fair overall very good, long long wait which was annoying and lack of courtesy vehicles but that aside, the work was good, the collection was good and the drop off was good. Just need more capacity to deal with repairs more promptly

After reading positive reviews, I decided to bring my VW ID4 to Fix auto Redhill
Kevin swiftly assessed damage, removed 1 meter long scratch in just 10 minutes!
I was expecting a bigger job and much longer time to get it fixed, Kevin was not only friendly but also helpful and professional , I could not be more grateful!
In future, I will definitely use Fix auto again for similar issues, I highly recommend This firm
