Je tiens à faire cet avis car en plus de la qualité incroyable des produits je voulais salué le service clients , mon copain à une Audi s3 et adore chouchouter sa voiture je lui ai commandé ses produits préférés le jeudi 16 avril à 10h08 et j’ai laissé une note sur le site comme quoi je souhaitais vraiment l’avoir pour samedi ! Déjà le service client m’a répondu qu’il mettait tout en œuvre pour accéder à ma demander et pas un message generé une vrai personne je tiens à le souligner. Ensuite vendredi soir jai la joie de voir que mon colis sera livré samedi ! Le matin je me lève je vois livraison entre 8h et 11h . Finalement je vois le livreur sonner directement chez moi à 8h40 avec le sourire ! Simple process to log my claim and provide information for the repair. Shine repairer arrived on time as scheduled and delivered an excellent level of service, with a fantastic result to the scratched area of our car. Job done in less than an hour and you wouldn't know the car had previously had a blemish.

We arrived at the venue 30mins late but fortunately, so did the Shine employee. He quickly explained what he was doing to the car, and being happy with that, we left it to him. When he had finished, he showed us the repair and pointed out other area's which we should keep and eye on. Very happy with the service.

Very happy with the service and the repair, they were very timely and polite. They took the time needed to fix the dents they resprayed and dryed everything within a few hours, looks as good as new!

Can’t remember the guys name but he was on time and done a great job. Only thing when signing up to shine I wasn’t aware there would be excess to pay.

Prompt response to our application for repair. We were offered an appointment for a few weeks hence but were contacted with a cancellation for the next day. Shine's representative was friendly, well organised and professional. He did an amazing job of filling and painting a small dent/chip and took great care of our vehicle. Thoroughly recommended.
