Everything I have ordered from Firepit Surplus has been amazing! Better than expected. It’s rare to get this level of customer service online. They helped every step of the way.

Came on time, well packed and looks amazing in my yard. One of the best pits I've seen. No complaints at all.

I bought a gas powered patio heater for my mom in Michigan from them and it works great. I even had a little issue with shipping and i reached out to support and they helped me out with changing the address. Mom loves it too!

Great! Works even in NJ
I thought that these propane fire pits were mostly for mansions in California but guess what, they also work great in a regular back yard in NJ. End of the summer when temperature gets lower and we don't feel like starting a wood fire, it's extremely pleasant to press a couple buttons and have a nice fire going while having a drink by the pool. And the dog loves it too. Thanks Tiffany for the quick delivery and good deal.

Buyer beware. The company advertises free shipping and I received confirmation of my order, including free shipping the date of purchase, but they refused to honor the order days later unless I agreed to pay shipping on the product.

The hearth pad was $330, over the $199 free shipping threshold. Again, another misrepresentation by an untrustworthy company

Do not buy from this business. We ordered a fire pit the end of December 2024 and still have not received it. It was not listed as back ordered when we purchased it but after never receiving communication about shipment I called early January and was told it was back ordered. We have never received any updated information from them. Now it’s February and I’ve still not had any communication from them. Starting to wonder if this is a fraudulent website!

Tiffany (the owner) was quick to respond over chat and matched the price of a competing website. Shipping was fast. Really appreciated their shipping guidance video. The firepit arrived in perfect working shape! I was a little nervous, since these guys didn’t have any reviews outside of their own website, but I had a great experience with them, so I wanted to make sure I shared it.
