I absolutely love the service! I won’t be without this ever. Time goes by too fast for me to remember to change the filter so yes, I don’t care if it’s cheaper someplace else at Lowe’s or Home Depot or whatever I don’t care these people remind me to change my filter and I need that. Love that it arrives every 3 months! No guessing or forgetting to change my filter. Arrives in a recyclable box 1/4 of its size and pops open when you slide the wrapper off. One less thing to worry about.
