Good, more expensive filters. Service not so good!
I sent a message that I attempted to change my payment method on your site and it wouldn't take it. This is the response I get.
I also choose to change my filters on the 1st of the month. The filters come late. Your orders take longer than a month.

Been with filter easy close to a decade. One mistake made in all that time and it was handled the same day. Good price and good service. Having it set on a schedule is one less thing to keep up with. It comes in the mail and I change it. Simple.

Great service!
Before I started this subscription, I can’t tell you how often I changed my filter. I put the old & the new side by side and was disgusted. Even now, changing it every three months, there’s still a noticeable difference. Plus I throw in an air freshener! Having allergies, this service has been a huge help!
