The last -3- orders I have gotten have been incorrect filter sizes. If they screw up again I'll be canceling my service.

This is one less thing I have to remember! Having my home filters shipped to me every 3 months is a game changer! It's one less thing I have on my to-do list on multiple levels! I don't have to remember the sizes I need and I don't have to keep up with when the last time I changed them and I don't have to remember to ORDER THEM! They are shipped at JUST the right time and they serve as a reminder to me it's time to change our filters when they get to my doorstep.

It is so convenient to have the filter when you need it and having the correct filter is awesome. I have had a little issue with the filters arriving destroyed by FedEx but with a call they are replaced and shipped immediately.
