The filter price is good and the service is good, but as a subscriber I'd like to have a few days notice when you're getting ready to ship so I can change the shipping date if needed. The last shipment came while we were away for four weeks.

Very easy and convenience way to get your filters delivered. The have a large selection of sizes, types and they have a veryvreliable delivery system.

Useful, convenient, cost-effective service
I set the interval for shipping & replacing my filters. They're quality product with innovative design. At 8 weeks they're gray/brown so catching a lot of particles from air. My only complaint is that a couple of times, I haven't received filters of all sizes at once (I need 2 sizes) when one is backordered. Also, they cost less than big-name brands at HomeDepot or Lowes.
