Been waiting weeks for the items to be delivered, how I wish I, d checked on here before I,d made the order. I normally would but I was taken in by thinking they were UK based when they obviously not.

Cancelled my order after waiting two months with no sign of goods. Asked for refund which they agreed to. Still waiting after another month. Obviously a con. Avoid

I feel this company is set up as a scam as I haven’t received any updates on my order and not received it within 2 weeks and now reading reviews of the same experiences makes me doubt if they ever intend on sending out any goods!

Ordered a tape measure. After 2 weeks the product had not arrived.
I have emailed the company 6 times so far, no response from them.
No telephone number is available.
I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I don't even want to give this "apparent company" one star but it was the only way I could leave a review, DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN BUYING FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are a sham, take your money and you hear nothing from there on in!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!+

I still expecting mu refund from a order that I made last december, the parcel never got deliver and somebody’s from the customer services, promise to solve the issue, but never did.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers 1xblack 1xgrey. Both the same size
The black pair fit but the grey pair are at least 6inches smaller on the waist and hips.
I have emailed 3 times but haven’t had a reply
AVOID!

Never received my order and no refund given took my money no problem there they have never got in touch with me would not recommend them to any one

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a phone case, first the tracking information did not work, when it arrived weeks later, the case arrived and of very poor quality. The magnetic closure fell out and the biometrics on the mobile does not function at all with the case fitted. Requested full refund week ago, still no update. Avoid like the plague!!!

Item arrived and the quality was awful.
Then I emailed 3 times asking for a returns address, to be told I have to pay shipping and they will only refund 50%.

I bought two items of clothing from this company because I thought they were based in the UK. The items arrived from China after waiting over a month. When they arrived, they were extremely poor quality, not at all like the video advertisement. The fabric is almost see through and not weighty (as per the video) and badly sewn. The cost of these two items was £40 and not worth even £5. I wouldn't even give them to the charity shop.

Faulty hair hot comb. Was offered 30% discount refused as wouldn't charge.

I ordered a cat candle holder. the delivery was prompt and efficient the product was absolute rubbish. It was so flimsy it was quite incapable of holding a candle, it just fell over. Very disappointing as was going to be a Christmas present. I am returning the item as not fit for purpose. Hopefully will get a refund.

The item I ordered did not work and no response to emails. When I raised a dispute through PayPal, they then responded saying I should keep the item as would have to pay to return. And offered a 50% refund. I refused this telling them I wanted a full refund and I wasn't paying to return. They then refunded me in full and I still have the offending item.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a jigsaw advent calendar on the 12th of November and it came on the 6th of December. I emailed them before it arrived and asked for a refund as it was pointless now and they said it was delayed due to weather conditions and circumstances out of their control, that was a load of rubbish. But it came so I gave it to my gran as a present and the puzzle is good quality but there are some pieces missing and the puzzle pieces are not in the correct box, there are numbers on the back so you know which box it should be in and there are constantly different numbers in them. There are even some puzzle pieces that don't belong to that puzzle! Bloody ridiculous.

Not sure what to make of this company as reading the reviews it's a bit mixed, however, my experience so far is that I ordered an item of clothing according to their size chart and it arrived yesterday. The fabric isn't as nice as I thought it would be and the long top didn't have the side splits as shown in their video. Not only that but the garment was way too big although it did look quite nice on. I sent an email last night and received a reply this morning offering a 30% partial refund. However as it's too big I'm going to return it. I will probably have to pay for the return postage and it remains to be seen if I will actually receive a refund, but I will give them the benefit of doubt as so far their communication from first ordering has been ok.

I spent 43.00 on an order, I've not received a confirmation e-mail and no goods .I presume I've been scammed ?

Ordered a make up set for granddaughter on the 2nd december still awaiting delivery, and after reading previous reviews highly unlikely i will recieve it £35 down the drain

Terrible service. I ordered a Jigsaw Advent calendar at the beginning of November. Still has not arrived but, even if it does, it is too late. I hastened the delivery and they said they were experiencing supply problems (China!!!). I hastened again and they said wait until the 1st week of December. What is the point of and advent calendar after Advent has begun? Three times I have asked them to cancel and refund the payment and they have not responded. They were still advertising these jigsaws on social media just a few days before the beginning of December, even though they knew they had supply problems. Rip off and fraud! Steer clear!
