Scam website, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
I ordered a magnetic phone case on 6th November and they updated the shipping until the 17th of November then decided it was probably too much hassle to keep up the charade.
Thankfully I used Paypal and was able to get a refund but best to stay well clear. More and more of these sites popping up from China, think they would have a better grip on that. I'll be keeping my business in the EU in future, best you do the same!

Bought a Magnetic case from this company..Arrived OK especially it came from China..I've not dropped my phone with case but I noticed the glass has cracked..Sent them a Email about 3 days about this still no reply..Do not buy from this company..Cheap sh##e Materials obviously used😤😤

Ordered two items on the 16th October. Have sent 3 emails the reply being the same that it has been dispathed. I now have asked for a refund

Ordered the Christmas advent calender puzzle for my parents and was concerned when I saw the bad reviews so I emailed them and received a reply straight away the item arrived 3 weeks later and is just what I ordered very pleased my parents love it

Placed an order on Nov 09. Two weeks later and no sign of the product. Checked tracking number. Last post as to where the parcel is, was written in Chinese so that told me absolutely nothing. Doubt if I will ever receive the product that I ordered. Thankfully is was not expensive. Won't be buying anything ever again from any company that advertises on FaceBook.

Excellent page. Good customer service, excellent service, I had an issue with a package and solved it without problems.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. It took them almost 2 months to get my item to me and when it got here, its so cheap and terribly made its not even wearable.

I have ordered from this company 3 times. First Jewelry and it was wonderful got it fast and really cute stuff.

I tried leaving feedback for the item I purchased and cannot because they are out of stock and it won't allow me. How is that possible when it is an item I ordered. I want to return this handbag because I will not use it yet I cannot contact the company because they do not have an email address.

All sizes are correctly described in the page. The clothes I received were completely in the kind, quality and size according to the descriptions made on the page. I recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible quality. They look like something I would have made in high school sewing class. Material is fraying. Dresses that appear to mid knee length or very short. Sizes are way off. I ordered a large and my daughter who wears a size 4 cannot get it on.

I ordered 2 make up boxes for my granddaughters which I still haven’t received & have no response from emails on a message on fb very poor service. I’m still waiting for a reply today

I ordered and receive a handbag set. The quality is beyond sub-par. It smells like a chemical and looks awful. Got redunded after fighiting.

Christmas Advent Calendar puzzle arrive as 1000 loose pieces no boxes nothing. Contacted customer service by email numerous times and instagram but no reply at all! Feel a fool for clicking on an insta ad lesson learned! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ferristale have great customer service! The shipping time is average for my country. I had no problems with my payments and refunds were quick.
