Ordered pottery mugs with beautiful sea and sand design but received 2 mugs that were transfer printed with design nothing like as advertised; one of which was cracked and broken. Ridiculous delivery time nearly 2 months ; do not order anything from this bunch of crooks ; have emailed for refund but not holding my breath

Took just under a month to deliver.
The item (a mug) was nothing like described on the website, there is no texture, its not hand painted or handmade, just a cheap image printed on it, we are seeking a refund.
Avoid buying from this site.

Ordered my parcel over 3 weeks ago and had no order update apart from it had been confirmed. Obviously I missed the date for when I needed it so I read their returns policy and it states “an order can only be cancelled if it hasn’t been dispatched”. As far as I’m aware it hasn’t as I had no update saying it had, so I emailed ‘customer @ ferristale.co.uk’ saying I want to cancel my order, to which I miraculously got an email the following day saying my order had been dispatched. No reply via email , just a tracking update. Interesting how once I state the rules of their return policy they then decide to dispatch it. To top it off, when I click on the tracking link , the information all says “unknown” which is super helpful.

This is illegal what this company is doing, bending the rules of their return policy to scam people of their money.

Avoid this website at all costs and don't make the same mistakes I did.

Appalling. Can't believe I was caught. Item never arrived and no reply to any emails.

Item never received despite chasing several times with no response!!
Really wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering!!

As others have said, ordered an item but it was never received and received no reply from company. As always, paid via PayPal so very quickly got the money refunded.

Definitely some kind of scam site. Assuming they are banking on some people not pursuing a refund?

Lesson learned, should check the reviews before placing my order. Didn’t received anything & no reply on my email.

Ordered a children's book for an upcoming birthday. Received the order confirmation, but no other notification or update about the item since (2 weeks ago). Shop app just says the order has been placed.

Emailed/messaged via website chat three times and no reply.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Ordered what I thought was going to be a lovely gift for my Mum only to have a payment taken from my bank account, no order confirmation or acknowledgment of my email to their customer service team. I’m furious. Avoid.

Deliberately didn’t respond to my emails so as item was sent and not cancelled, even tho I cancelled about 8 hours after purchase. Then didn’t respond for pretty much 3 weeks, refused to refund without me covering postage….even tho their delay/error caused the purchase to occur in the first place. Item is poor quality too, looks like stolen artwork, and poor quality paper - avoid!!!!!

I ordered shorts which were much too small. I emailed the company for a refund, (no phone number) They said I had to return with original packing, in original condition and unworn, all of which was true. They also said the return address was in the package along with the invoice. There was nothing.. I have emailed twice to get the address without reply, the third time I tried, my laptop would not send as it says it is a scam. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. WARNING do not order anything from this company. Oh well, I suppose the charity shop will be pleased.

Awful customer service as it is advertised you get a refund but actually only offer a 30% refund! Products do not look like advertised and I have even offered to pay the shipping myself but no response to email with address! Do not order from them!

I ordered this product via Ferristale and when it arrived, the brush immediately fell apart and when I called a reputable seller, I was informed it was a counterfeit product. This is obviously a dodgy company, avoid!

Order was late arriving and the tops i ordered were too small and nothing like the pics. Material was awful.

Scam Company, bought 6 items received two, no reply to emails, No refund given, FB pages disappear etc do not go near this company

If I could put a MINUS 1 review I would. Bought the hair straightening comb from ferristale. Comb took 3 weeks to arrive, obviously from China. Tracking did not work. The comb when it arrived, looked nothing like the product in the ad. It was of appalling quality, does not hold the charge and does not heat up at all. Do NOT touch this company. Products are dirt.

As many of you my parcel has not arrived & the tracking of it does not work. Lesson learned as I'm mot expecting a refund or item after reading the reviews. Scammers. My question is how can Facebook allow this
