I’d never rented with them before and after my experience with the Colchester branch I certainly. After what I can only call blackmail tactics to force our rent up well above the rate of inflation and a refusal to return us to a yearly contract. Having been called a good tenant they refused to give us a reference when we wanted to move because of frankly despicable behaviour. We never had issues like this wort the previous agents.

Mel Rowlands handled the annual tenancy renewal of one of our rental properties in a very efficient and timely way. The turnaround time in her agreeing the terms of the renewal with the tenants was excellent.

We decided to put our property in Colchester on the market with two estate agents and Fenn Wright had marketed the property and found a buyer before the other estate agent had even been to our property to take photographs! Once the offer was accepted the sale was completed in 12 weeks. We had 3 estate agents come to our property to give us a valuation and Fenn Wright stood out with their impressive statistics. They were very prepared for the appointment and gave the impression that they are serious about the service they offer which was supported by their level of service throughout the process. Very happy with the service received and would recommend to all property sellers.
