Delivered to relative on time they were very happy with it and you did the card. So grateful. I nearly didn't place the order as I rang to get some advice on the delivery to see if you went to the address and was cut off once and on the 4th try got the response I was looking for. I was happy to register etc just needed to know that you deliver to the code.

Super easy to order the meals online and the staff were really helpful when I had questions about my order. Delivery was efficient and I received a tracking link of the delivery truck, a message when it was delivered and a picture of the delivery. The meals were great and it was a really good experience overall.

Service pretty good,friendly staff,helpful. Only drawback was i ordered green curry mix but none in the shop. Ended up going to 3 farros and finally found in Mt Eden.would be good if it had not available on the site not just noticing when you pick it up.

Always excellent produce and great service

Farro was great, though one item was removed without explanation. It was sold by weight, so could have been substituted.

The biggest problem was the delivery driver left the wrong package. We got someone else's order. She said we signed for it, but my camera shows she just dropped it and left. Didn't even knock or ring Doorbell.

Fortunately, the customer who got our order was honest and we were able to get the right package to the right person.

Not a good experience when you're paying for delivery and you don't even get the minimum standards.

Love these meals. What a treat and far cheaper than dining out.
