Good experience with this store. Wonderful kettlebell, I love it.

Very quick and responsive and dealt with a delivery problem instantly and effectively. Product was top quality too. Recommended.

Excellent product

Consistently excellent service, superb kit and really helpful customer advisors.

high quality stuff for a very low price in quak arrival love my 25 kilo log

Best customer service that has ever existed!!
I cannot say enough good things about how this company looks after its customers.
Had some issues with some kit that they sorted out without making me feel like it was my fault. They just went ahead and fixed the problem, no fanfare, no persecution, just fixed the issue.
I will always go back to them for more kit!!

Been using Factory Weights for a lot of our home gym products. The recent edition being the Devils Horn attachment which is a beast of an grip attachment and at a fraction of the price of other brands anvil horns (the metal ones being £90+ from other brands) I saw another review about communication being poor, I have experience both sides and I genuinely believe like all shops somethings do get missed sometimes. One polite email got my minor issue resolved within the hour. We recommend these guys a lot and if it can hold up to one of the UK's Top 3 Strongest Female Powerlifters (@gemgems_92) and a big lug like myself its safe to say its quality equipment.

Tremendous quality kettlebells that will last forever.
I’ve collected and had delivery and the service is great.
Very helpful staff and a brilliant facility to go in and see all of the equipment before buying.
100% premium quality and service.

great showroom , great staff knowledge
fantastic qualty equipment & superquick delivery.

This is the place far all your gym needs.

Factory Weights have become my go to place for gym gear. Quick delivery and great quality. Service is fantastic. Ordered something last year that had a defect, and it was replaced immediately. Just got the FW1 Adjustable Bench to replace my old bench. It looks less substantial than my old bench, but it’s rock solid. Folds away nicely too.

Really nice guys and when there was an item missing from the delivery, they sent another out immediately via DPD next day.

Top quality kit. Messages about equipment for our sgpt gym really good service fast delivery and the equipment it really good

Initial interactions were great and good price for quality products. Unfortunately it has gone down hill from there despite me giving the company opportunities to fix it. I was expecting a delivery last week of items I paid for 3 months ago. No one contacted me to say there would be a delay and only the fact that I contacted them was how I found out it would be yet another 12 weeks. I get that things happen outside of a companies control but communication is very much within their control. I contacted them to say that and they apologised a lot which I thought was fair and that anyone can make a mistake. Unfortunately communication has not improved since. I have now been waiting 2 weeks on photos of kit they had said may be shipped sooner and have contacted them last week about this. No reply 😔. Getting very frustrated by a repeated lack on communication and customer care.

I found Factory Weights by accident, I had intended to buy a clubbell when I was on holiday in the US and pay for the extra baggage; to have one shipped to the UK is very expensive, I searched on the off chance for a 30kg club I'd tried before but to no avail; then Factory Weights came up so I went to their website, and there was a 25kg and a 30kg on offer, I did not hesitate and bought both, together they were cheaper than having one shipped. I was very pleased with myself and thought I would get them delivered at some point. Then the emails came from Factory Weights on the same day saying my order was completed and ready for dispatch the next day my order was on the way. The delivery driver called me with an ETA, was very helpful when delivering took the pallet without quibble. I unpacked my new clubs and was absolutely delighted with the quality the finish the balance. They look superb, I am looking forward to getting to use them still working my way up to these weights. This is a long review but I wanted to make sure I expressed how good this company is, I wished I'd found them sooner, I would have bought more clubs. Still I've found the heaviest I could buy in the UK and can't thank Factory Weights enough absolutely outstanding.

Ordered a belt but received incorrect buckle, got in touch with customer service and Raymond was an absolute star!
Sorted my issue in no time despite some complications that were out of his control. I'm super happy with my purchase and the belt looks and feels amazing.

The Products are extremely good Quality BUT more importantly for a Gym owner, the Customer Services here are EXCELLENT!

Raymond in Particular helped me out alot when a Shipping Company misplaced a Parcel worth a lot of Money.

Within 24 Hours Raymond organised for a new Shipment to us even though the fault was 100% the Responsibility of the Shipping Company, Factory Weights stepped in to help me out knowing i had a deadline to work towards.

Theres not a lot of Companies would do that nowadays.

Big thanks to Raymond and the Team at FW.

From advice on what i needed, explained patiently, clearly, friendly and honestly; delivery communications that were accurate and straight forward; answering tech questions during build and placement; to overcoming a couple of minor bumps in the process…i cannot recommend Factory Weights highly enough. Particular shout out to Raymond who took customer service to a level all of the big companies would be jealous of!! Guaranteed a customer going forward - top marks!!! This matches the quality of the products!

Really happy with the price and quality of my items. The thing that really sets Factory Weights apart though is the customer service, absolutely fantastic! Raymond was incredibly helpful and super keen to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody and will certainly be using again!
