Factory Weights Bewertungen

Quality equipment, well made and worth the price. Gym quality gear, would recommend.

I was just looking on the Factory Weights website to place my fourth order. My first 3 were between £200 and £700 worth of equipment. I noticed they’d got a one star review, so though I’d actually better write a review to rebalance the universe.
I work as a strength coach and always recommend Factory Weights to my clients, everyone loves their equipment. It’s sturdy, well made and great value for money. I also really appreciate the customer service. I have only positive things to say about Factory Weights, thank you parish for your attention to my sermon ☺️

Very well made. A fun challenge for anyone wanting to test themselves. It is harder than you think. Fast delivery and well packaged. I would highly recommend getting one.

Niall and Andrew were fantastic throughout the process. They handled my questions, queries and (unfortunately) complaints with professionalism and speed.

The equipment I ordered is the highest quality. I’m really impressed with the rack (short power) and the plates. Everything feels really well made and I’ll for sure be returning for some more kit!

Great company quick delivery and great quality!

Bought my first lever belt and figure 8 straps from here. Delivery good, customer service 5 stars. Screws and plates where missing from my original order and swiftly resolved and with me 3 days later. :) no stress no fuss.

I purchased some rubber olympic plates. I ordered them on a Sunday afternoon, I was training with them Monday evening! I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround was, and always, the gear is top notch.
Great job as always!

I ordered the FW1 rack and the tiger bumper and barbell package. Unsurprisingly there were a few issues with delivery but when I contacted the team they were on it right away. I had another issue arise after a few weeks so I contacted the team again and they were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. Big shout out to Niall and Raymond both stood out for their excellent customer service. Oh, and the gear itself is just class! I will be using FW again for an upcoming project. Highly recommended.

Treat my self to the 100kg small Stealth for my small garage gym due to it's size. It's an insane bit of kit. quality is incredible, pulleys are all well machined aluminium and run on smooth bearings. runners for the weight stacks, box section for the uprights and the base are all solid chonky steel. Proper commercial gym quality kit that's going to last until way after my body can lift anymore. Brother in law is eyeing one up for his having seen it too...though he's married my sister so clearly isn't picky, perhaps not the best example..

Delivery was also great. Neatly boxed on a pallet with some reassuring packing lists that show everything was checked as it was put out for delivery. Had a call from the team the day before explaining the delivery process too which was a nice touch.

Id also had some great comms from the team via WhatsApp after I couldn't find the Stealth on their website, turns out it was just them updating the listing and I was reassured that it would be back up to purchase.

All in a great experience and despite being English my cousins north of the boarder where nothing but lovely and an absolute pleasure to do business with way more than I deserve!

Amazing quality products but most of all absolutely brilliant customer service.

Getting to talk to a real person is so refreshing and I've spoken with Paul twice and he has resolved my issue instantly and easily.

5* and 6* if it was an option

Always quick hassle free delivery and great quality.

Loved the belt but purchased the incorrect size so have returned it and look forward to getting smaller replacement 😁

didn't receive the right order

These guys have the best customer care, something that is often overlooked in this industry! Thanks for a great service

First class service and delivery

Happy with the product, fair price, good comms and delivered next day. Would recommend

Delivery was quick, however a few bits were missing. The supprot was excellent to get that sorted and refunded for any out of stock items and redelivery of missed items.

Excellent service. Prompt and accurate. Good value for money.
