Factory Weights Bewertungen

I can't speak highly enough of the customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong weights, but they swapped them for the correct set without any hassle. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and the communication throughout was excellent. Really impressed with the whole experience—and the product itself is fantastic too.

Being looking for some decent kettlebells Seen Factory Weights and am very happy with the product and the service

Excellent. Responded superbly to enquiries and delivered when they said. Great price and service and quality items

I’ve bought Kettlebells before and always had a first class experience.
On this occasion DPD list the package at their Leeds depot.
I called Factory Weights about the problem and they sent a replacement Kettlebell out overnight. Great customer service! Thank you.

Delivery not on time and still waiting for item to arrive, customer service no help what so ever won’t be buying from this company again. Poor customer service and fake promises that item will arrive on time I would be really careful if you need a piece of equipment and you take time off from work for delivery

Dpd should make delivery at the time they are supposed to

Very quick delivery, well packaged and a fair price.

Great speed and so far great quality, cannot complain too service

Bought bumper plates, cuff and collars from FW and as well as being great re delivery, the plates themselves arrived quickly and were well packaged. Will definitely buy from you again!

Very quick delivery, no other issues

This is a very high end piece of kit that is very well made. Once put together it feels solid and the cable system is fluid so that you can really achieve constant tension when moving. The space saving design is unlike anything else I have seen whilst researching for my home gym and the customer service from Andrew was great. He was very helpful whilst paying a deposit, sadly the container was late, delaying delivery but that was out of the teams hands.

The only downside is the instructions. 4 pictures with very minimal text guideance is not enough to construct a complex bit of kit. Some important bolts that had been supplied did not get mentioned in the instructions and without them the cable pulley would not have worked.

Great kit, very poor instructions.

Issue with delivery but the communication and rectification was top notch. Quality item.

First order. Used express shipping and it wont be arriving on time. Time off work to accept said delivery for it not to turn up.

I have bought several cast iron kettlebells now and the quality is great

Still not able to deliver a complete order.

I could not rate these guys highly enough from start to finish. Extremely professional team who are helpful, considerate and clearly passionate about what they do.

We recently completed a small gym makeover at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice, and the outcome of which we are blown away by. We managed to fit a large quantity of multi functional equipment into a tight space alongside a free weights section and still maintain adequate space for patients with poor mobility/wheelchair users. Absolutely excellent communication and innovation. I came to the team nearly a year or so ago and asked about the potential for development of our space which needed a makeover for some time now. Andrew came out to review our space and I informed him of what equipment we would need to target every single muscle group but tailored to suit the needs of the limited space we had. We worked together to create an AI image of what this could look like. We were encouraged and agreed that the multi-functional route was the best for the space and managed to fit equipment that combines - chest/shoulders, legs, back, and a pro rack which essentially covers all muscle groups. This has been an amazing project to work on and I feel proud to have achieved the end result with the help of this fantastic team.

Thanks guys,
Adrian (on behalf of all staff at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice)
