They send you what other people don't want. Don't send emails to picks items and then say check your spam folder. I got nothing. Awesome more junk. Glad to be done and hopefully others will learn to steer clear.
I liked the for a while, but with my last order, I found out they have absolutely no customer service available. My order has been charged and has said will ship in 5-15 days for the last 20 days. I attempted to connect with their customer support through the chat on their page which seems to be the only way to get a hold of them. I was put in a long queue to chat with someone. I got disconnected, and they texted me asking what my invoice number was. I sent them the invoice number as well as an explanation of what the issue was and then - nothing. Never heard from them again. I think my only option now is to dispute the credit card charge.

Not worth the price! Not full sized! Overpriced crap! On top of that, the delivery was stupid. The driver left the box in the sun in the Arizona heat. This company does not do their homework and they have a very false front! So disappointed!
Be careful. I signed up for the annual subscription and cancelled during the year. I got an email stating that customizations were open and assumed I had one box left. I was able to select the products and follow the usual process. A couple days later I got charged for the annual subscription and it cost $50 more than the previous year. Nowhere throughout the whole process did it tell me I was renewing or what the charges were going to be. It was shady. I cancelled the subscription that same day. When I followed up a few days later, customer service said they would cancel my subscription (again), and after some back and forth, eventually said they’d cancel 3 boxes but I would still have to pay for the current box. The worst part is that the CS agent was patronizing and snarky. I’ve had things get lost/not show/damaged and dealt with their CS before but I can’t do it again! There are often delayed responses, or you have to follow up on items that they charged you for, but never shipped. They don’t prioritize their customers experience and it shows. It’s disappointing bc they have some good products but it’s hard to recommend a company that has so many other issues when there are better subscription services out there.
I've been a customer for a few years. Products are good generally. Customer service is non existent. Very condescending. Deliveries take way too long and getting longer. I would not recommend this service based on my experience unless you have excess time on your hand to spend waiting on customer service to answer.
When my box arrived, two items were missing. When I messaged customer service, they offered me a $7 credit instead of saying they would ship my items. Lousy customer service. I plan to cancel my order. Not really worth it if they won't make it right.

Complete waste of money if you miss the ridiculously short customization period. After receiving my Summer 2026 box I will be canceling my membership after.
A lot of the items and products they sell are cheaply made from unknown brands, with deceptive pricing. Cheap, overpriced, unethical MLM (multi-level-marketing) companies product also deceptive “free trials”.
You'll likely never receive some of your items. It’s common place for an item to never ship with no notice or refund. I had missing items in orders that I never received.
You'll also receive damaged items.
Trying to get a replacement or refund is nearly impossible and not worth the time and hassle when they actually do something. There are no options or instructions for refunds on the website, so you have to go through loops and hurdles with customer service then maybe they'll give you one. Out of the several damaged item received, I only attemted to get a refund once for my first damaged item due to the difficulty and pain.
My initial experience with FabFitFun was okay from being ignorant about all the issues. But after 2 years I should have listened to the negative reviews from others and on their items.
Expect only disappointment and poor products if you try FabFitFun.
I have been a subscriber for a while and genuinely like both the premise of the boxes and the majority of the items I have received.
Due to the expense, however, I decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately they did not process the cancellation and I was billed $489.98. It took several email to get a response, but I was told I would receive a refund and they would ensure that everything was fully cancelled.
The very next day, another $359.95 was taken from my account.
Currently, I am $849.95 out of pocket.
I am hoping that I will receive this back, but the customer services take so long to respond that it is not possible just to cancel the transaction and I instead have to wait for a refund. I will still have paid transaction fees for the non sterling purchases.
My plan had been to reinstate my subscription at a later date, but this experience has put me off entirely.
The choices were awesome! I love the sneek peek lives. I used customer service this time a d they were so helpful and the best! I love FFF!

I love the boxes and the items. I get to try new things and enjoy the sampling. I did have an issue with an item that was quickly resolved and customer service went above and beyond for me. Sometimes you just need to be grateful instead of hateful people!

I’ve been a FabFitFun subscriber in the UK and while I do enjoy the concept, there is a significant issue with fairness for international customers.
Many of the most desirable items are unavailable to UK subscribers due to shipping restrictions, meaning we consistently have fewer choices compared to US members, despite paying the same subscription price.
Customer support were polite and did offer a small amount of loyalty credit as a goodwill gesture, but this doesn’t address the ongoing issue. The difference in value between US and international boxes remains.
I understand that some restrictions are unavoidable, but there should be a more consistent solution to ensure international customers receive equivalent value.
At the moment, it feels like UK members are paying the same price for a reduced experience.
I had a terrible experience with FabFitFun.
I signed up to accept a free starter box. While browsing, I saw options to subscribe and clicked on one expecting more information and pricing. Instead, I was immediately charged for both a seasonal and annual subscription with no clear pricing, explanation, or confirmation screen. That is extremely misleading.
When I contacted customer service, I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get them to understand that I wanted everything canceled. The representative came across as disinterested, and instead of handling my request, they kept trying to keep me subscribed with offers and scripted responses. Overall, the customer service experience was just as frustrating as the sign-up process.
I also want to add I emailed the company to express my thoughts and experience and never heard back.
They eventually processed a refund, but only after I pushed for it.
This felt deceptive and not transparent at all. I would not recommend signing up unless you’re okay with being charged without clear warning.
I had a package refused summer of 2023 and when I checked with the cc company - NO REFUND was issued. I have tried to reach out to their customer service but it is ai. At this point I am considering filing a mail fraud complaint with the USPS.

They make you commit to buying the box before you choose products. They show you great products but then when you get to the customizations, all the good products are gone and you're left to choose from not that great products.

Terrible experience. So far FabFitFun have taken over $260 from my card in January and February and I’ve not received anything. Customer Service is useless. They are refusing to help in any way. Update - despite Customer Service telling me several times that there wasn’t a problem and that I would receive my items, I was told today that my box and items were never processed, are all out of stock. They are refusing to refund me. I feel scammed.

Sort of fun. Products were ok - in each box I might get one product hat is great and a bunch of stuff that seems cheap. When I had an issue customer service was terrible.

I am 100% getting my money's worth. I didn't even know that they also offer products you can buy at huge savings. This changes how I shop for my necessities and wants.
One of my products arrived damaged and the help was near instant. I got a refund, but honestly, the value was still there regardless.

I used to be a long‑time annual member starting in 2022. I LOVED getting my FabFitFun boxes back then -items wrapped in tissue paper, a magazine, and the whole thing actually felt like a gift.
I recently came back and received my first Spring box, and I was honestly shocked at how different everything is now. The Spring box itself was plain, and the items inside weren’t wrapped in tissue paper or packaged nicely at all. No magazine, no packing list, no thank‑you, just nothing.
My 7 add‑ons were also missing. When I emailed customer service, it really felt like AI was responding. They sent me a tracking number that doesn’t show up anywhere on my account, so I couldn’t even tell if anything had shipped. The add‑ons arrived late, and when they finally did show up, everything was tossed loosely into a shipping box with zero care and these were premium beauty items. Three of them had leaked.
Customer service did give me a credit to use towards my next box, but the whole experience was disappointing enough that I cancelled my annual auto‑renewal. FabFitFun now feels like just another online retailer, and at this point I’d rather buy products locally here in Canada.
