I had a very poor and frustrating experience with EZHelpers, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this service.

I was urgently looking for a home helper and came across EZHelpers. Due to the urgency, I paid 25,000 upfront. The first helper they sent stayed for barely 20 minutes. While the helper was present, a representative from EZHelpers called and insisted that I immediately make the payment since the helper had arrived. I made the payment as asked.

Soon after receiving confirmation of payment, the helper left, stating that she could not work in a household where chicken is not cooked. This was never discussed or mentioned earlier. She was in the house for only about 20 minutes in total.

When I demanded a refund, they reluctantly sent another helper, who was again completely unsuitable. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether.

There are no guarantees, no proper replacements, and no accountability. Once the payment is made, they do not take responsibility. Looking back, I noticed negative reviews and regret not paying attention to them earlier.

This appears to be a fraudulent operation that takes advantage of people in urgent situations. Please do not waste your hard-earned money. I strongly recommend avoiding EZHelpers.

I have been using EzyHelpers services since August and I am quite satisfied with their service and co-ordination. My girlfriend and I stay together in Marathahalli, Bangalore, and we hired a maid for full time housecleaning and cooking after recommendation from our neighbours. The helper works well and finishes her tasks on time. After a certain time she would come late by an hour or so, the team at EzyHelpers communicated strictly with the helper and fixed this for us. Overall, it has been a good experience, reliable service and helpful staff.

Few months ago I shifted from BTM Layout to Electronic City because my husband changed his job. The house we rented was located in the outskirts of Electronic City, and finding maids nearby was quite difficult as nobody were willing to travel so far due to lack of transportation. The maids would disappear without informing, leaving me with guessing work. Since I do home business, the whole workload of the house was on me. While doing some online research on Google, I found out about the type of maid who can reside at my place 24/7, so I approached few companies and agencies and finally hired a maid from Ezyhelpers company. Intially the response from them in sharing profiles was very slow but after 2 weeks they provided a maid that matched my criterias. At first it was quite difficult to adjust with each other as i had to repeat the same thing more than twice to get it done, it took a while for us to get adjusted. This is the 3rd month of the maid in my house, so far, it has been satisfactory service from them.

Tried multiple Nanny for my toddler in Bangalore but wasn't able to retain good ones in my flat. Got their reference from a friend's wife in society . After a trial in which me and wife were skeptical for continuation of service landed in decent place with their semi skilled Nanny. She is around 35 and has been able to take care of our 5 year son quite OK. My parents are at home as well but can't move around with son being energetic. She takes care of him going down in play area, feeding , basic house work (not cooking and utensils) as Full day helper but is regular and clean. Ezy staff is generally available in case of some issues to listen. 6 months gone hoping to renew post this contract.

Heard Ezy name from Whatspp society Whatsapp around 3 years back when we were looking for a 24 cross 7 helper in our apartment in BLR. Since then have used their services on different intervals intermittent gaps due to our travel and house shifts. Support is reachable at time of need with mostly women on other side having empathy , listening to our demand carefully unlike other placement agencies we have tried. Support is good and transparency of salary going in the hand of maid is best part.
