The first time I reached out, they were super ultra quick They gave me maid within a day. She left exactly after 6 months. Book my bai made me sign up again took money and gave me maid within a day. This miad had issues as in she was loud, she could hear, the language was a problem, Hence I requested for replacement which they did notprovide. fortunately or unfortunately the old maid came back and rejoined. But this time she also came with 100kgs of attitude , where in she suddenly demanded a steep rise in salary and was packed with baggage to leave if not paid. As I had no choice , i agreed and she stayed back. Her attitude was getting worse day by dday with hardly any work happening. I requested for replace and asked the maid to leave immediately as having her was toxic.Its been 10 days an I am tryingto reach book my bai everyday but in vain. They never pick calls and the last they told me was we don't have profiles...They work like a ghost team. I can share number of calls and emails to book my bai which is unanswered.

I have been a loyal client of BookMyBai for two years, largely due to the excellent service provided by Aniket. However, my recent experience with Gunjana and Mehul has been unacceptable. After renewing my contract, the helper provided showed no interest in the role; she shadowed my previous maid for five days without issue, only to quit abruptly after two days of independent work.
When I requested a replacement, Gunjana and Mehul falsely accused me of withholding salary to deny my claim. Despite providing evidence to the contrary, they remained uncooperative and even used threatening language. It was only after I took the matter to social media that they deducted the maid's pay from my commission and issued a refund. This level of service is predatory and unprofessional.

It was a hassle free experience with Bookmybai. The coordinator was hands-on and was able to understand my requirement. I am an NRI and moved to Bangalore in December last year. I was apprehensive about using local services but was surprised to see this particular companys professionalism. I would like to extend my gratitude to the senior management to make my experience highly recommendable.

These guys are frauds. Do not be scammed by them. I paid 2k in july last year to purchase their app subscription for 1 year. When I tried to login after six months the app login had been disabled. The email id they state no one monitors or responds. Phone calls are picked by useless agents who have no clue. Now they say pay us more 1000rs and agency fees and we will find u a maid. My question what about the 2k I already paid .... answer from BOOKMYBAI SILENCEEEEEE....

DONT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.

I would give negative rating if that option was available considering how they are faruding customers

It's a scam. They charged subscription fee and still did not show the contact numbers. They have no support or contact details. It's a total scam. Avoid!

Pure scam, just read reviews of people you will get to know reality, irony is not everyone put efforts and check review online before booking such services, so the level of scam is 100 times more

Is BookMyBai reliable?
Absolutely unreliable and fraud. I had reached out to them in dec’24 to get a nany for my 2 year twins urgently so that I could continue with my office with no surprise problems. First they showed some profiles which were suitable to me but to my surprise, they asked to pay the service charges first before taking interview of the maid..!!

And after payment not a single maid from my shortlist was available and they would always end up sending their list to choose from. I ended up interviewing a few and finalised on one who joined me. But after one week suddenly she stopped coming. When I enquired I came to know that she was pregnant and faced a miscarriage!!! So lack of basic check of suitability from agency..

Then I received replacement after about 5–6 interviews, who again left in just one day…!!!!!

So I wasted my 15–20 days in due to lack of servicea from book my bai.com

Again I got 2nd replacement who was ok in her work and this time I told to both, book my bai people and Bai that I need atleast 15 days pre intimation if you want to leave, both of them assured same.

But again 2nd replacement left after 3 months without any intimation. The girl, who was in such a dire need for work when I interviewed her, left the job without any intimation and called me to demand her pending salary arrogantly

And now when I am demanding refund of fees due to worst services by book my bai, the maid and the relationship manager both are threatening me about police complaint !!!!

They are very worst in services and maids provided by them do not have any honesty.

Book my bai couldn't keep up to their commitment of providing a maid. The gross inconvenience they caused and what was worse is the attitude. Very helpful until you pay them and then later they treat you like you're at their mercy.

And I think they are purposely doing these things as they can keep on showing more profiles to the new client so that they will get service charges. And after receiving money no services !!!!

So if you're reading the reviews, don't think they are one off cases. This agency is really bad. If they have 1 job to do, they are just not good at it.

THEY ARE FRAUD. Dont go for it. Dont pay any money. They wont send you any maid / Nanny. They will send you profiles and connect you with several people for interview. Once you finalize, you have to pay money to Agency. Its a trap. Dont get fooled. Once you pay, no one will come to your place. they themself will call you back and will give some excuses. Will share some more profiles and again same thing will happen. Its a never ending loop.

Not at all trustworthy, maid took rs 2000 extra and lied saying her son fell down and all sort of stories.

THE MAID I HIRED FROM THIS APP WAS A THIEF AND SHE STOLE A RING FROM THE HOUSE!

THESE FOLKS PURCHASE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND PLAY STORE TO COVER UP THE GENUINE 1-STAR REVIEWS BY ACTUAL USERS

They are absolutely cheating people! Take your money and disappear. It is a racket of people who bring a maid to show you and then take money and don’t answer your calls and no maid!!

I recently hired a maid in Bangalore through this platform to assist with household chores. Unfortunately, my trust was betrayed when a valuable gold ring went missing from my residence. However, after confronting the maid, we were fortunate to recover the stolen ring. We recorded the entire incident, including her returning the ring.
This incident has caused significant emotional distress and has raised serious concerns about the platform's vetting processes for its listed individuals.
I strongly recommend the platform implement stricter background checks and vetting procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. Additionally, having a dedicated manager to cross-verify with the people the maids work for could greatly enhance customer safety and trust.
Be cautious and ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of individuals listed on the platform. Be aware of trust concerns when engaging with domestic help services through this platform.
P.S.- No response from Bookmybai even after I reported the whole incident via mail. Worst service and platform ever.

Scam page , paid advance money to hire maid . Couldn’t find maid . No response from customer service

It is a scam company. There are only two genuine maid agencies in India. Broomees and Damnrasoi. Do not trust bookmybai. They do not refund your money.

We had hired a full-time housemaid for cooking and other household chores at a cost of 18K brokerage. After about ten days, she fled. We have been fooled since then. Almost a month has passed and we still haven't received a replacement. They are committing fraud in several ways:-

1. As they keep providing girl's profiles who don't meet your criteria, you will reject them or if you finalize one through a video call, Bookmybai will ask them to deny it. (This has been happening to us for about 1 month now.) Since they have taken your money, they will keep stretching it until you get frustrated and terminate the agreement

2. In order to get your first maid, you will need to pay a brokerage fee of one month's salary to Bookmybai. After some time, they will ask the maid to leave your place without any reason. The same maid will now be listed again in order to get more money from another client. And you get nothing.

3. If you ask for refunding the amount as they failed to deliver, they will show you the terms & conditions written on the invoice provided to you after payment. These t&c will never be shown before payment is made.

It is strongly recommended not to use their services. Once you pay the money, you will be trapped.

I was looking for a cook and day time Nanny so got to know about them from google search . they have this option where you can list your requirement and they will give you the option to choose from the list of people available for that job . I listed my requirement and then I saw one option which says if you pay 1000 Rupees they will fast track and in case if you do not opt for their services it will be refunded , I paid 1k as i was in hurry . Next day I was added to a WhatsApp group with one lady looking after my requirement and her manager ( claimed by the admin of the group ) . This lady called me and asked for the requirement which I explained ,so now comes the charges - They said 12k for one month and if we go long term then it will be 9K . My requirement was for 1 month only so I said 12k is too much can you reduce - the way the lady responded was very rude and abrupt , she said NO , IT CANT , I asked "May I know why " the lady goes - THATS HOW IT IS , YOU TELL ME IF YOU WANT TO GO WITH THIS OR NOT ? i was in urgent requirement so I said yes , they sent one lady for the interview who couldn't speak Hindi ,English and by toddler couldn't speak Kannada so we had to reject her . After that they didn't contact us for a long time and we got one help locally . They called me after 1 month and asked if I am still looking for the help or not so I told them I have already hired someone locally , they said they will refund my money in that case to which I agreed . Forgot to mention , I didn't opt for cook because for two meals they were charging 14k which is insanely overpriced . now it has been almost two months and I am continuously pinging in that WhatsApp group to know refund status but there is not even a single reply .
Being in the service industry if these people carry this attitude and doesn't know empathy and accountability then I don't know how far they will go .Really a bad experience .
