Great service
I ordered 2 items, which appeared to be in stock, however on order fulfillment they were not. Exporta upgraded our order, at no extra cost to us, and delivered the following day......excellent service!

Quality service and product
I wanted specific containers with lids. When I ordered them I got a call to say they weren't in stock. I was given an option of a different one. I was also told the ones I wanted would be a week if I wanted them. I decided given the update I would wait. They arrived on the day I was told they would and were exactly what I wanted.

Going above and beyond for customer service
I placed an order for some tote boxes as I needed a quick delivery, and received a phone call within 5 minutes of placing the order. One of Exporta's customer care team reached out saying they didn't have enough stock to fulfil my order but offered an alternative which was a little bigger. This was offered at no extra cost which I thought was very kind, and delivered the very next day. Very satisfied with the product and customer service, and also the express delivery. I will certainly be returning for my future requirements, safe in the knowledge that delivery is extremely quick and customer service is one of the best I've experienced. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience.
