Absolutely Excellent
I made a purchase for work over a year ago, and what I ordered wasn't suitable for our requirements.
Long story short I wanted to send them back, but they disappeared during the time I was arranging the return. Then last week over a year later they suddenly reappeared.
I contacted Exporta, not expecting much, as why would and should they take them back as it was our fault. How wrong I was, I dealt with a lovely lady called Sophia who discussed the situation with the team and they agreed to take them back.
Sophia arranged everything including the returns labels and paperwork and all I did was print it off and made sure it's been packed properly.
A really big thank you to everyone involved and the company should be very proud of their staff.
