Really good and easy.
The whole process was really easy and efficient. Great initial customer service and all really clear in the sales stage. The fitter (John) came out and did all the measurements quickly. Really good communication and kept informed throughout. When the door was fitted, again by John, all was really professional and brilliantly done. I would use the company again and would highly recommend to others. Specific credit to John the fitter who was superb.

Just had the door fitted, it looks gorgeous. Very good quality all the fixtures have been fitted extremely well. Overall perfect.
Also Rod Heritage done a wonderful job. Very efficient and professional, the fitting didn’t taken long and left no mess.

great service, great door.
The website was easy to navigate, and designing the door was simple too. The sales team was quick to call and arrange everything. Our fitter, George, was very approachable and friendly. The wait time wasn't too long, and the finished door looks beautiful!

Worked with Jake who was really helpful, door looks lovely.
Only reason for 4 stars is that the website gave me the option to select black internal and black hinges then after everything was confirmed and just before I paid, was told this in fact isn’t an available option with the Chartwell green external so now I have a white internal door that I didn’t really want but accepted it’ll have to do and I’ll eventually have to paint the internal black like I originally wanted since white doesn’t exactly go with my dark gothic home decor.

Polite, helpful and definitely not pushy sales team who were genuinely interested in our order being right for us.
