Immediate response when I made the first enquiry, excellent follow up.
Made the event exciting.
Offer something I was not aware of which gave me the opportunity to attend Wimbledon.
When I had a huge problem not related to the package George Hegley was quick in response trying to assist me.
I felt the package was trustworthy.

Ease of organising a trip interstate to a netball Grand Final. A little late in getting the tickets, but with technology, no real drama. Would have liked the option to select seats, seemed to get the very last of the seats in our allocated section - a little disappointing.

Our yearly ladies trip for the 4 of us to Suncorp Netball GF in Melbourne was great

The accommodation at Adina Hotel was so good with 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, plus our own separate bathrooms, excellent location, close to everything and staff were very accommodating with whatever we asked for

A really well organised tour creating a great sense of camaraderie amongst the group including with our Events tour managers.

We recently attended the Super Netball Grand Final at Rod Laver Arena and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Events Travel. They handled everything – tickets and accommodation – so all we had to do was pack our bags and enjoy the trip.

Our seats at the game were excellent, offering a great view of all the action. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of the arena, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free.

Everything, from the limousine into Melbourne and limousine to the Airport was excellent

Experience was great communication was even better they listened to my questions and answered very promptly the hotel was amazing and the tickets were even better would highly recommend. Every email that was sent was replied to immediately incredible service. This was planned for my mother’s 60th and she had the best time and got to tick off a bucket list goal!!!

My family has booked two international vacations with Events Travel - the Australia Open and Wimbledon. They listened to our wants for our vacations and accommodated us but also made recommendations that were perfect - e.g. we wanted to sit close to the tennis court while at the Australia Open and were advised about the Australia sun, the time of day and seating. We adjusted our seating request (thank goodness!!!) based on their recommendation and were very happy to have great seats in the shade per EvTravel. Their recommendations were always the right choice for us which made our experience all the better. When we encountered a problem at a hotel while in London for Wimbledon, Events Travel responded quickly, were there to assist us and followed up once the issue was resolved to make sure we were okay. Our travel agent, Lucia was excellent! She was very responsive, professional, genuinely concerned and there to help us resolve issues. We will continue to use Events Travel for our future travel. They’ve been amazing partners for my family’s travels.
